Monthly Rentals in Eagle Mountain

Sharon’s basement apartment is cozy, new and it looks just like the photos. Her kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need, from condiments to Reynolds wrap and ziplock bags. I stayed for a month and I enjoyed cooking home made meals there. The nature/bike trail is a 5 minute walk from the house. The dog is well behaved and he’s super friendly. This place is a great value!

I really enjoyed my stay at Karla’s. Being able to park in a garage was very nice and helpful. Karla was always quick to respond to my questions. It’s a lovely place to stay … very clean and comfortable.

Great place to rest and relax. Spacious, well organized and maintained. Parking on the driveway is a little tricky but an option to parking on the street. A welcome surprise when we arrived was a selection of snacks. That’s is above and beyond to me for Airbnbs. Well done! One thing that would be helpful is some extra body wash and shampoo. Most places we have stayed provide that amenity. Overall a really great place to stay.

This place was AMAZING! My boys loved the bunks and were perfect for triplets. The treehouse loft was such an excitement for them. Everything was clean, organized, and well-stocked. The back patio was so nice to sit on at night and just relax. Val was an awesome host. Very friendly with lots of recommendations. She even showed us her upcoming newest Airbnb - Gold. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know.
