Don't break the bank at this peaceful and centrally-located place and stay in Budget. Duplex is equipped with all main necessities! Central AC keeps you comfortable in the 2 large bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each room. Each bedroom has a 44 inch smart TV. Large dinning room with another 55 inch TV. 2 bathrooms, laundry with washer and dryer. There is a small backyard that is fenced and has a BBQ grill with a bench to spend some time outside enjoying the night. Nice and safe neighborhood.

House has central air, refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven. Parking will not be a problem. House is 1 block from HEB, McDonalds, Burger King, Popeyes, and others and a 3 minute drive from Walmart, and the Mall de las Aguilas. Both international bridges are less than a 5 minute drive.
