Sweet bungalow in East Side Downtown AustinReady for a quiet, rustic adventure in the middle of busy East Side downtown area (off of East 11th Street)? Built in 2017, our backyard bungalow has all you need for an unforgettable stay in Austin! Inside are a kitchenette, shower, TV and A/C or heater with a remote. Queen bed comes standard and queen mattress in the loft is $15 extra. Best for 1-2 people, but can accomodate up to 3. The place is tiny, but has lots of charm! Walk to the French Quarters or bicycle to famous 6th Street!
Modern and Cozy South Austin StudioThis is a brand new renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a queen, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!
Tiny Zen Cabin : Sanitized to CDC standardsA wonderful little retreat right in the middle of Austin. The cabin is only 180 sq ft but has everything you need. Twin bed with 500 thread count sheets, fine towels, coffee & tea setup. While very simple, it is about a third the price of a hotel.

Manchaca, lamar, south congress, ben white (aka hwy 71) and mopac (aka loop 1 north) ---- if you get familiar with where these roads are on the map, you'll have an easy time finding your way around. also, it may be helpful to know "manchaca" is pronounced like "mancheck"”
