Et surtout merci à Tom (et son oeil expert) qui nous a fait vivre un safari à Amboseli tout simplement parfait : il s'est démené pour qu'on soit le plus souvent seuls avec les animaux, en se positionnant pour les plus belles photos, nous donnant de stonnes d'explications et toujours avec le sourire et gentillesse, pour une des plus belles journées de notre vie ! The lodge is right on the lake with greenery surrounding and some tortoises and rabbits running around. The pictures don’t do this place justice. You just have to be there. The place has an antique vibe. You wake up to the beautiful view of the lake and sounds of the birds. You can kayak, swim, feed fish or rent out a boat out into the lake either sundowner or during the day or they organise for you to see other lakes (Green crater lake). The staff are extremely helpful and polite. They give local recommendations, especially as I was travelling alone they made sure I was safe especially in moving around. I want to extend my utmost gratitude to the team. I felt right at home. Thank you so much!! Highly highly recommend. Book it don’t even think about it, it’s one of the best spots on the lake.

Hilltop Boutique Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht eine perfekte Station auf Mahe und toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen auf der Insel sowie Islandhopping. Vor allem das Personaö besticht durch besondere Freundlichkeit! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement bien passé! Anouck nous a donné plein de bons conseils et a toujours été disponible. Appartement propre avec tout le nécessaire (ventilateur au plafond dans toutes les pièces). Mention spéciale pour le restaurant d'Anouck et son compagnon juste en dessous de l'appartement: Cuisine métropolitaine faite maison, c'était délicieux! Logement à proximité de plusieurs lieux de visite (Cilaos, Saint-Pierre, les makes...) Je recommande fortement!!

Amazing stay! Super safe neighborhood, great food, attentive and kind staff ready to help. More of a hotel than an airbnb, and 100% worth every penny!! Norman was always ready to help us and even drive us! Amazing stay!

This is a great place to stay for a visit to Ibo island. It is also a great option for people on a smaller budget. Rooms are beautiful and stylish. From (Baob)Ibo you can arrange all your trips around the Quirimbas!

If you choose to stay with the St. Gemma Nuns you will not regret it! I stayed with them for 4 weeks this summer while interning at a research foundation in Dar Es Salaam. As a woman staying in Dar Es Salaam by myself, living with the St. Gemma Nuns was the perfect place. It is simple and peaceful, but everything one would need. The nuns are kind and welcoming. They instantly make you feel at home and looked after. Location-wise it is also very nice, within walking distance of a large supermarket and close to multiple good restaurants and cafes.

This was an amazing stay and my family and I will cherish some amazing memories from here. Jacques and Jolande are excellent hosts. They were very welcoming, extremely helpful and gave us a lot of local recommendations to check out. They even made necessary arrangements like adding a single bed in our room for our kids upon request. Jolande also booked us for a safari in Pridelands (Greater Kruger). The safari guide came and fetched us from our lodge and dropped us back. This was an incredible experience. We got to see some amazing wildlife. The lodge was clean and as described. It’s very safe. It’s inside a wildlife estate and we were visited by nyalas, hornbills, bushbabies and other fauna. I had some amazing, scenic jogs with the wildlife on the estate. Can’t wait to come back again. Great place for kids too. There are some excellent restaurants just outside the estate as well. All attractions and experiences are just a short drive away. Highly recommended ❤️.

An unexpected gem tucked away in Muhoroni. I loved the landscaping. The lush green gardens added to the zen atmosphere. Staff was super welcoming and responsive. Food was good. I especially enjoyed the fruit. The room was clean and comfortable. Certainly found my go to spot when in Muhoroni.

Amazing accommodation. We definitely recommend opting for the breakfast and dinner, food is amazing!! Take a pair of tekkies, they have amazing hiking trails with waterfalls. Definitely recommend. Note: I recommend activating maps long before as there are no signal in the mountains on the way there. Also the pin on airbnb took us to a remote location and was far off. Rather google the lodge and use that location. We will def go again.

The place was amazing, we got plenty of rest as it was very peaceful. The rooms were beautiful with a lot of space, they were also constantly clean.We were a group of 12 and fit in perfectly. Maurice and the staff were also very friendly.

Tonga House is a beautiful place to unwind and have relaxing time! All was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our little family. Also Msuna Island is a special and wonderful place to stay! Only a bit sad that the river was almost dry on our side of the island, we are hoping it comes back to its natural state...

The place smells divine🫶🏾 and squeaky clean👌🏾. The hosts are amazing! Would definitely recommend, it’s worth every penny.

This is the best airbnb i've ever stayed in. The cottage is beautiful, plus you get breakfast and a free transfer off the ferry to the hotel. Chef Chima is amazing and cooks whatever you want to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the place is well located on a street with markets. There is also always free tea and coffee on demand in the house and drinking water, couldn't fault a think and the service was superb. We booked 3 extra nights because qe loved it so much!

Great hosts, pool was clean, the area is good for a group stay & hosting. The Kitchen had everything we needed

An amazing experience would have love to spend more time there especially over a weekend. Sandy is a really lovely lady and awesome host. If farm stay you like I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful lodge by the Zambezi. Great value for money. Communication with Wayne went very smooth - Wayne is very friendly, responsive and accomodating. We were hosted by Charity and team who were most welcoming. We very much enjoyed the vegetarian meals she prepared for us. A unique place we would definitely recommend!

This place has delicious meals and friendly staff to go with it. Irene went above and beyond looking after us, knew when to assist and when to leave us be. Milau the resident Masai took us on a great walking trip, we could walk as long or as short as we wanted. We ended up walking to a village and took a bus ride home, one of our best days of our four month trip. But the 7km dirt road to the place can be a bit difficult to use. Would highly recommend this place. Close enough to Crater and other sites.

The place is really nice and has many smart ecologic decoration made with recycled materials and a lot of creativity. For now the place is on renovation but we still managed to sleep in a very comfortable and clean private room. The host is super nice and very open to international community members. We had a very good time!
