Monthly Rentals in East Devonport

Great place to stay in a very nice area of Devonport. The house is quiet as it is set back from the street, and is very well laid out. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a truly memorable Easter weekend at By the Mercey. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed, Evelyne and Richard even came by to greet us personally, and had left a beautiful handwritten note along with a thoughtfully curated welcome book full of local highlights and nature photography. The views overlooking the Mercey River and Devonport were absolutely stunning, and the house itself was spotless and cozy. My wife, daughter, and son all felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The location was peaceful and scenic, yet only minutes from shops, parks, and just a 5-minute drive from the Spirit of Tasmania terminal, which made our travel super easy. It was the perfect little escape for our family, and we’d absolutely love to come back again. Thanks Evelyne and Richard.

Thank you for the lovely stay and blankets to keep warm while sleeping. The heater in the living room was powerful enough to warm up the whole space including the bedroom. Tony provided a small loaf of bread with spread, a tray of 6 eggs, 1L milk and energy bars for two weeks of breakfast - it was a good variety. The living room amenities were adequate for simple cooking.
