This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again. The place was so cozy, and clean, and it was so quiet. I was with a sibling and we each had our own room and bathroom. The place was comfortable to just relax when we were there. Lisa, our host was easy to ask questions of and communicate with.. This is a nice and safe place. And beautiful and quiet. Charlottes place was nice and cozy! Plenty amenities for your stay! Only thing was WiFi was constantly out for us. It stormed a lot but also when it wasn’t storming! Other than that this place is worth the stay! We enjoyed!

Our group of 10 women selected this home as a place to stay overnite before our long weekend retreat nearby. We couldn't have been more pleased with this gorgeous location! From the serene surroundings, nestled in a semi-secluded wooded area, to the amazingly beautiful bedrooms & common areas, we had more than enough room for all of us to spread out & feel comfortable, without feeling the least bit crowded. And that kitchen!! So well appointed, with all the best dishes, utensils, appliances - even more than enough coffee for all of us! The gorgeous deck provided a perfect spot for us to enjoy the evening air & morning coffee & the beds were some of the most comfy we've ever experienced. Checkout, while sort of early, couldn't have been more simple, especially compared to other places we've stayed in the past. Our only regret was that we were only there for one nite. Definitely adding this to our list of future accommodation options!
