This was our second time renting Brian's place for a getaway and this stay was as excellent as the last. We love this house so much and Brian could not be a better host. His communication is stupendous; he was always immediately available to respond to any questions we had.

Brandon and her husband were amazing. Their place is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. Very relaxing, intimate, and classic Montauk experience. We had a great time and the visitor guide and suggestions were perfect. We hope to go back soon!

Wow, where do I even begin? The photos don’t begin to capture the true beauty of this bay front gem in Southampton’s North Sea community. From the inviting, open-concept design that feels both spacious and cozy, to the serene outdoor retreat surrounded by lush greenery, every corner of this property is a slice of paradise. The views of the bay and sunsets truly take your breath away, making each moment feel magical. Petra is the ultimate host—gracious, thoughtful, and always quick to respond with helpful communication. She ensured our family’s stay was nothing short of perfect. This is definitely a place we’ll be returning to, and we’ll be counting down the days until we can experience this peaceful haven again!

Ashley’s house is the perfect get away. I booked this house for my family to stay for my wedding weekend. My mom had never stayed in an Airbnb before and I’ve never seen her so happy and relaxed. She truly enjoyed her first Airbnb experience at Ashley’s place. It was exactly as described and the view is beautiful. Ashley was very responsive and made sure to answer any questions I had.

My husband and I have been staying here for over 10 years, and it’s always fantastic. The house is immaculate, cozy, and consistently well cared for. Judie and Steven are super thoughtful + welcoming, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing weekend. Truly our favorite getaway spot! Can’t wait for the next one!

Wonderful stay in Montauk. Family of 5 adults. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It takes 15 mins to walk to the grocery, or only 10 mins the beach and-or a few minutes more only to walk to the town center. The house has a Big smart TV. The backyard is enclosed and safe for children. The yard has a beautiful pergola and outdoor shower (perfect for sandy feet) . The finishes in the house are high quality. There are nice vintage art pieces. The house has both AC and ceiling fans working perfectly. The kitchen had a few missing things that we have communicated to the owner so they probably will be added for the next guests

Spent a long weekend here with one other couple and had an amazing first trip to the North Fork. Karine's home was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to see, and her recommendations were excellent and super helpful! Great hidden little gem in MTK, close to town. Perfect space inside, and out. Pet friendly was an extreme plus. Will be back.

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

Jaime’s home is lovely, very accurate from the description and photos. It comfortably fit our group- which was 6 adults and 2 kids, with the bedroom above the garage as a spare room. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is comfortable. The location is great. You can walk to East Hampton town (about a mile). The house also sits down a long driveway and has a nice size yard which was great for kids. The house is kid friendly; except the banister on the staircase was missing on one side. So unless resolved, a bit dangerous for toddlers. It seemed like a temporary problem, but worth asking if you have small children. Overall we had a great holiday here! We would come back.

Michael’s place was amazing, means a few friends stayed this weekend for my birthday. He was always willing to help and very accommodating! The house itself is so beautiful and had everything we needed! It was our first time in The Hamptons and he gave us tons of recommendations!

Daniel’s home was absolutely wonderful. Myself and my guests felt right at home, and we enjoyed every amenity of the home. His communication was great, and we would be happy to stay again with him/his property!

The pool, hot tub, desk, and back garden are even larger and more beautiful in real life. We will definitely be back. Thank you Abby and David!

Our recent stay at this Sag Harbor was absolutely delightful! The house was charming . We felt at home in the beautifully decorated and its well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal – a peaceful retreat yet just a short drive to the heart of Sag Harbor village with its lovely shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the proximity to the beaches.the pool are is like a mini resort! We will be back for sure.

My family had a wonderful time at Robert’s home. The house was clean and cozy and the view of the water was peaceful. He was super communicative and friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The house is in a great area and super close to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. Highly recommend!

The place was just as advertised and the location was perfect for easily getting to town, the beach, etc. Great spot for the size, location and price!

Andreas’s place was everything it described and then some. It was modern, nicely air conditioned and had 4 amazing bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The kitchen was functional and open to the dinning area. It had a lovely wrap around porch in front and patio in back with grill, hot tub and outside seating. As well as two lounge chairs. It was only a short drive into Sag Harbor yet it was in its own little neighborhood were we could walk 6 minutes to a private beach!

Kathleen’s home was perfect for a weekend getaway. The home itself was perfectly cozy, and the yard / lovely landscaping made for a serene experience. The beach is a ~20+ minute walk but, if you’re feeling daring, the tandem bike in the garage is in working order. One thing of note is that the closest beaches require a residents pass to park. The next closest beach with public parking ($50/day) is only available weekdays. Just a quirk of the Hamptons to be aware of. Overall, we’d love to stay at Kathleen’s again, definitely for longer than a weekend. Really great location and adorable cottage.

We had a great weekend in Mattituck! The house is in a great location close to the vineyards and we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful backyard. It was a quiet and a peaceful escape from the city. Fabio was also a kind and informative host.

What an amazing gem in Montauk! 5 min from every where and it's very private with an amazing patio in the back. I wish we could have stayed longer. Chris was great, very responsive. We will be coming back that's for sure.

We had a lovely stay fro our rainy June weekend. Southold is a quaint town with some excellent local places and fine dining as well. Took a trip to shelter island with the car on the ferry. Went to a cool vintage store in Greenport. Bed and space were super comfy & cozy. Book this spot you won’t be disappointed! Looking forward to visiting again in full summer weather:)

We had a wonderful stay at the (Chel)sea. Chelsea herself met us up on arrival to showed us around, and she was super friendly & welcoming. The beds were really comfortable, the sea breeze was relaxing and despite our weather being a bit rainy, the proximity to the water and private beach made this a true retreat! Walkable area, natural surroundings and a lovely restaurant (La Plage) at the end of the road. Kudos to the cleaning staff who left sweet touches throughout. We'd love to stay here again!
