Beachfront holiday rentals in East Macedonia and Thrace

First of all, the view from the terrace of the apartment is so beautiful, it's actually breathtaking! The pictures don't do it justice! The area is very nice, the local beach is only 2 mins away - a short walk down the path from the apartment building. The apartment itself is very nice, clean, newly renovated and furnished, it had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with pods and everything else, that we needed. We felt right at home and didn't feel like leaving:) Our host Bill was truly wonderful, always so helpful, and he gave us great recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the surrounding towns - Nea Irakltsa, Nea Peramos and Kavala. Thanks to our wonderful host, in front of the building there was always a place for us to park our car. The most famous beach in Northern Greece - Ammolofi beach, is only 15 mins away by car, so we were going there every day. All in all - great visit, great host and great stay. We hope we can come back soon again!

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lots of hot water and very good wifi. It has a lovely garden facing east, perfect for breakfast outside in the sun. There are restaurants, a bar, small shops and a small beach 10 minutes walk away and lovely beaches within 15 minutes drive. You can swim very close to the apartment but the shore is stony and you’d need water shoes. The neighbourhood is very quiet, apartment is close to the main road but not enough traffic to bother us. Highly recommended.

Words are superfluous. We stayed in the home for a week, The dance was great and very clean. The view from the balcony was truly breathtaking. Mrs. Mary and Mr. Demosthenes are two really sweet people who make everything possible to stay well-maintained. I highly recommend it for a couple, family and pets.

I had a wonderful stay at Babis' house! The place was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to local amenities and just a short drive to some incredible beaches. Ammolofoi Beach, in particular, was our favorite, only a few minutes away by car. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, I highly recommend this place!

Everything was as we expected, which is the definition of quality. The location of the apartment is good, close to everywhere, a few steps to the beach, everything needed at home, the host is interested and helpful. I definitely recommend it

The apartment is exactly as described. Great place, near lot of restaurants and bars. 3 mins walking until the closest beach. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Would come back with pleasure.

A great house with stunning over the sea. It couldn't be better. The street next to it is relatively noisy, but you get used to it.

Perfect! We had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful, in a great location with everything that you could possibly need & we were sad to leave. Big thank you to their lovely housekeeper too. ♥️

We stayed there for 6 nights, 4 adults and 2 dogs. The place looks nice, a bit small for 4 persons but manageable. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped but it's OK, we were able to make breakfast in the morning. The problem we encountered is that the yard is not fully fenced, is not fenced at all. It has some plants around it but for a big part of it the plants are still very small. Our dogs were able to get out of the yard with no problem. Another thing I didn't understood from the listing is that the villa is shared, is not the entire villa. Upstairs you have neighbors. Other than that, the host were lovely and considerate, we also had a small incident with our friends dog who chewed on a cable but in the end everything was good. We had a lovely stay nevertheless.

A villa that I can definitely recommend for all couples with or without children. The details are far above what is shown in the photos. Clean, tidy, quality, decent, calm, private. We felt like we were in our own summer house for the 5 days we stayed. The pool is absolutely clean and quite enough for a family of 4 people. The sea is extremely calm, pristine, I strongly recommend sea shoes or pallet for sea lovers. The water directly opposite the house is shallow and the sea urchins are too many but the underwater habitat is very beautiful. Mrs. Kallopi is a solution friendly host who loves her job and has good communication with her customers. It was a vacation that helped me to relieve the tiredness of the whole summer. We will visit again at the first opportunity. Thank you

We had a great time at Nikos’ place. As a family of 4 with a baby, it was very convenient to have the beach at a walking distance. We were looking for a quiet family time and this was exactly it. Felt like home away from home with everything you need near by.

This was one of the best stays I had. The apartment is extremely central and very cute. Everything you would need is provided. You feel at home in an instant. Athanasia is a wonderfully attentive hostess. Her recommended shops and restaurants were also very helpful. It’s one of the properties I will return to, every time I visit Alexandroupoli. Great apartment, right by the sea with an amazing view and just a few steps to the beach. The apartment was super clean and had everything you may need for your stay. Niko is a great host, very helpful and always there for you. Definitely recommended!

Quite place between olive trees, grape yards and solar park with view to the sea and Athon. The closest distance to the sea is about 500m. End of May water was 22-23C. On a narrow road to Еlaiochori you are in a grape yard "exhibition". The house has everything you need, very well isolated with terraces to the south and west. On the east you have grass and plenty space to park car. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

They say “nowhere like home” but here, we had a great time, just like at our home. A splendor to serve your coffee on the terrace, hearing the waves of the sea and having the opportunity to watch the sunrise and the sunset ! We had a wonderful stay! Our host Panos was incredibly friendly and hospitable - he and his wife welcomed us warmly and were always happy to help with any questions. They gave us great recommendations for local beaches, restaurants, and bars, which made our trip even better. On our first morning, they surprised us with a delicious homemade pie, and when we left, they gave us sweets as a parting gift - such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend staying here if you want a personal and heartwarming experience!
