Very clean new and shiny and brilliant..

We had a great time at Nikos’ place. As a family of 4 with a baby, it was very convenient to have the beach at a walking distance. We were looking for a quiet family time and this was exactly it. Felt like home away from home with everything you need near by.

The stay was really wonderful! The apartment was impeccable!! It was spotless, tidy, bright and with all the necessary amenities!! The location was amazing since it is centrally located and close to cafes and all the shops! Excellent hostess who was very friendly and responded immediately to any question I had and any communication we had! I highly recommend it and I will definitely choose it again!!

Very beautiful and clean apartment. Our stay was very good. Plus, it has a baby cot. The owners are friendly and respond promptly. Beautiful neighborhood next to the center, with many mini markets in the area. You can quickly walk to the center and the old town. If you use a car, you can easily find parking in the surrounding streets since the apartment is in a narrow alley.

Very nice and thoughtful space, fully equipped with everything one might need! Very helpful, thoughtful, and eager Hosts! They knew we would have a baby and we found extra equipment in the house for a baby! Thank you so much, we felt very comfortable!

The place was super clean, ultra-modern, full equipped, and great. It's right next to the central square however the apartment was very quiet. The host is very friendly, kind, and understandable. Anytime I called him for various information he responded immediately and willingly. I will definitely choose the same accommodation when I find myself in Komotini again.

Super cozy mini studio, recently renovated, sparkling clean! Cute balcony over mrs Nikoletta's garden, planted with so much love and care! 50m from Kinira beach and very close to Skala Potamias (10min drive). We had an amazing time and we'd love to come back sometime!

The view from the apartment is fantastic and having a large covered terrace really makes it a great place to stay. We spent a week there and felt at home. Slept well as it’s quiet at night with a comfortable bed. We loved Kavala and found a great local taverna and a bakery nearby. Thanks Anna

If you are planning on booking this apartment you just have already checked the surroundings and activities around. So my two cents is just go for it. Maria was helpful in many ways. Check-in was effortless. Private parking was great. Even the neighbor lady next door smiled a kalimera to us. We had a great stay and I’m sure you will too!
