Beachfront holiday rentals in East Macedonia and Thrace

We arrived at Oksana‘s place on the 17th of June and stayed until the 21st. The house was clean and the pictures exactly like the description. The location of the house is within a walking distance from the beach to the town and ideal for families. I would highly recommended and we would visit again.

Very good accommodation next to the beach. Great terrace. Very close to the restaurants, but in a quiet zone.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lots of hot water and very good wifi. It has a lovely garden facing east, perfect for breakfast outside in the sun. There are restaurants, a bar, small shops and a small beach 10 minutes walk away and lovely beaches within 15 minutes drive. You can swim very close to the apartment but the shore is stony and you’d need water shoes. The neighbourhood is very quiet, apartment is close to the main road but not enough traffic to bother us. Highly recommended.

Words are superfluous. We stayed in the home for a week, The dance was great and very clean. The view from the balcony was truly breathtaking. Mrs. Mary and Mr. Demosthenes are two really sweet people who make everything possible to stay well-maintained. I highly recommend it for a couple, family and pets.

I had a wonderful stay at Babis' house! The place was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to local amenities and just a short drive to some incredible beaches. Ammolofoi Beach, in particular, was our favorite, only a few minutes away by car. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, I highly recommend this place!

I felt very welcome together with my dog. Nice stay, quite night, easy and flexible check-in and -out.

Everything was as we expected, which is the definition of quality. The location of the apartment is good, close to everywhere, a few steps to the beach, everything needed at home, the host is interested and helpful. I definitely recommend it

I think this apartment was the best we could find for a group of 5 people . excelent conditions, very clean, and very good quality furniture. It looks like personal house and we felt like we were visiting our relatives :) host is very friendly and communication was very easy. In the yard there is place for barbecue and playground for the kids to play. We were going to Golden Beach from Here and it was 15 minutes

The apartment is exactly as described. Great place, near lot of restaurants and bars. 3 mins walking until the closest beach. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Would come back with pleasure.

A great house with stunning over the sea. It couldn't be better. The street next to it is relatively noisy, but you get used to it.

Perfect! We had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful, in a great location with everything that you could possibly need & we were sad to leave. Big thank you to their lovely housekeeper too. ♥️

We stayed here in a group of 10 and had such an amazing time. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need, the pool area is 10/10, all the rooms were clean and spacious. Evgenis was so proactive, helping us out in every way possible- even arranging a cake for my birthday!! We did a private boat trip, and took taxis into kavala town, it’s such a beautiful town, we felt like the only tourists there! The quiet beach is a short walk away and so are some amazing restaurants. We couldn’t fault this accommodation, and would definitely recommend!

A villa that I can definitely recommend for all couples with or without children. The details are far above what is shown in the photos. Clean, tidy, quality, decent, calm, private. We felt like we were in our own summer house for the 5 days we stayed. The pool is absolutely clean and quite enough for a family of 4 people. The sea is extremely calm, pristine, I strongly recommend sea shoes or pallet for sea lovers. The water directly opposite the house is shallow and the sea urchins are too many but the underwater habitat is very beautiful. Mrs. Kallopi is a solution friendly host who loves her job and has good communication with her customers. It was a vacation that helped me to relieve the tiredness of the whole summer. We will visit again at the first opportunity. Thank you

The apartment is located f close to the beach. In the home you can find everything you need, from salt, spices, coffee, tea, dishes in the kitchen. It's stylishly decorated and makes you feel very good.

We had a great time at Nikos’ place. As a family of 4 with a baby, it was very convenient to have the beach at a walking distance. We were looking for a quiet family time and this was exactly it. Felt like home away from home with everything you need near by.

This was one of the best stays I had. The apartment is extremely central and very cute. Everything you would need is provided. You feel at home in an instant. Athanasia is a wonderfully attentive hostess. Her recommended shops and restaurants were also very helpful. It’s one of the properties I will return to, every time I visit Alexandroupoli. Quite place between olive trees, grape yards and solar park with view to the sea and Athon. The closest distance to the sea is about 500m. End of May water was 22-23C. On a narrow road to Еlaiochori you are in a grape yard "exhibition". The house has everything you need, very well isolated with terraces to the south and west. On the east you have grass and plenty space to park car. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

They say “nowhere like home” but here, we had a great time, just like at our home. A splendor to serve your coffee on the terrace, hearing the waves of the sea and having the opportunity to watch the sunrise and the sunset ! We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean, and just a short walk from the beach. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, we felt warmly welcomed from the very beginning.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host Panos was incredibly friendly and hospitable - he and his wife welcomed us warmly and were always happy to help with any questions. They gave us great recommendations for local beaches, restaurants, and bars, which made our trip even better. On our first morning, they surprised us with a delicious homemade pie, and when we left, they gave us sweets as a parting gift - such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend staying here if you want a personal and heartwarming experience!
