Monthly Rentals in East Melbourne

Firstly, this apartment is beautifully renovated, well-appointed, warm and spotlessly clean. We loved the location so close to the MCG and getting in & out by car was easy. Walkable to the city/free tram line also. Parking is a little tight so not suitable for larger SUVs/utes but very secure. Check-in instructions were clear, however we arrived at 6pm in the dark and there was no street parking to be able to go & get the garage fob from inside the apartment. Thankfully there were 2 of us, but had to do many laps of the street as nowhere to stop, so something to keep in mind when booking. Very comfortable bed and loads of cupboard storage for clothes which was handy for a longer stay. The living area was lovely however the couch isn’t super comfortable, which I guess would be fine for shorter stays. Appreciated the local recommendations , extra key and myki cards - very well managed property. Overall, loved our stay and would definitely book again!

Place was just as listed, had everything we needed and more. We had a very lovely and comfortable stay. Cute courtyard and secure parking was a plus :)

Beautiful cozy apartment located in an awesome area. Lots to do like footy, restaurants and exploring local parks. Tahlia was very responsive when ever we had a question and was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Quiet and private but close to the action. If you are attending an event at the MCG you would struggle to find a better base.
