This historic neighborhood couldn't be more convenient to the Nashville hotspots—it's right off the interstate yet tucked away to get that neighborly feel. There is a ‘ring doorbell’ at the house. No other cameras. Uber will get you anywhere in the city in minutes or you can easily walk to restaurants, bars, parks.

The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. That means that everything in the room is there for my guests. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
