Monthly Rentals in East Sandwich Beach

A lovely secluded little place! The multiple beds (and pack n play!) in 2 bedrooms fit our family well. Our kids loved playing on the outdoor trampoline and looking at the chickens, and we all enjoyed the farm fresh eggs! The family lives in the main part of the house, and the guesthouse is attached but entirely separate and private. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

This place is great. The house is very nicely decorated and clean. Everything one needs is there. We could wind down within a day of the total of three days. Susan was very responsive, which made our stay simple and easy.

Spectacular location! The home had a beautiful view and easy beach access (private entry to private beach)! It was simply gorgeous! Weather did not cooperate with us, but it did not matter because we had amazing views even in the rain! We were able to go in and out on a moments notice because this stunner is waterfront. We will definitely be returning! The host was VERY communicative. We knew exactly what to expect with this property and honestly could not be happier! A+++++++++

Cara's place was expertly appointed and decorated as well as very spacious and comfortable. We felt at home with the quirky floors and eclectic decorations. It was quiet with a small town feel and we felt like the only ones there even though it was part of a commercial building. There was a nice write up of tips on the table and how to use things in the apartment but I would have liked to see that in the listing ahead of time. Would help understand what was there and how to navigate things like the plug in the bathroom only works with the light switch on. You would have laughed at me drying my hair one day with a plug in the kitchen. :) All minor things but would be helpful to know ahead of time. Cara was always friendly and helpful when asked and she notified us of when there was a bridal appointment next door.
