Apartment holiday rentals in East Side

This was such a great space to stay for a quick trip. While shared, there was privacy and all facilities were accessible anytime. Jennifer was super friendly, accommodating and an excellent host - would absolutely stay here again.

Marjorie's apartment was ideal for our needs. It was comfortable, private (with it's own entrance right onto the landing), and had a great location. Marjorie was very flexible as far as check in time and her communications were timely and clear. We loved the funky atmosphere of this eccentric apartment, and Marjorie was a wonderful host.

Loved the area with easy access to the subway and good restaurant options. The room was very comfortable with plenty of space for two people. Elizabeth is super responsive and helpful with whatever you would need. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was nice. Just how the description says small but very cozy—just what you need if you’re planning to spend most of the day out or are good with a comfortable space. Great location, especially once you get the hang of the bus system. (i recommend getting the nj bus app or moovit) It’s a very good option if you’re going to New York—affordable and well connected. Had groceries stores close and the buss stop really is a 5 minutes distance John was always very attentive. He showed up at the Airbnb at times, you could ask him anything or even he would recommend stuff to do. He always replied to messages quickly. The house always had all the basic essentials, and also john provided things like umbrellas or ac in good spirits —everything was perfectly fine in that sense. Overall, it was a great experience, and even better considering the price. I would come back. Thank you John!

We had a fantastic stay at James’s beautiful apartment! Even though he was away on a work trip, he ensured our check-in was seamless and everything was well arranged in advance. The apartment itself was clean, well-organised, and very comfortable—with great air conditioning that was much appreciated. There was a minor issue with the TV, but it was resolved immediately, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood was lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable. For fellow coffee lovers, don’t miss Duaa’s Café just up the road—we went every day for their perfect Cortado and amazing vegan banana muffins. Another gem nearby is La Palma Restaurant, a cozy family-run spot near the 163rd St subway. We loved it so much we went twice! Highly recommend their Birria and Fish Tacos, and the Piña Colada served in a pineapple is a must-try—delicious and fun! All in all, a wonderful stay that was totally worth it. Thanks again, James!

Best view of Manhattan ever. Bus stop to Manhattan is right outside the door. Two stops to the port authority at 42 and 9th Ave. local food is delicious and much cheaper than the city.

Comfortable and quiet place for a quick Brooklyn getaway.

Mike was an amazing host! My husband and I (and our dog) lived at the condo for three months while our home was being renovated. Very well appointed kitchen, bath and laundry. The bedroom was super comfortable and cozy and I slept just like I was at home. I could not recommend this apartment enough! Also very accessible to the Path or bus into NYC. Mike was also incredibly responsive. There’s a back patio that is really lovely and feels private.

Will come back when I am in NYC. Easy to get on subway. Joshua let me check in slightly early which was a great help to me.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Newark, NY! The space was incredibly clean, airy, and very comfortable for our whole family. We had plenty of room to spread out and truly felt at home for all 9 days. Communication with the host was excellent—clear, quick, and helpful throughout. Everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A safe spot right in the heart of Hoboken. Very walkable to the path train that takes you right to New York. A very clean and spacious apartment. Hosts were responsive and great!

Hirian (Olga son) is literally the best! So accommodating and flexible . Literally even helped me out with one of my aunts that elderly. Can’t say enough of how great of a spot and host this Airbnb is . There’s so much to do and walkable, great culture and food on the street the Airbnb is on , public transportation is accessible . If you aren’t sure the host is right there available to answer any questions. It was a girls trip of 7 and we felt comfortable in the area , everyone slept great , space was clean. Two bathroom helps a lot and there was space for everyone to sleep . It is a two flight stair to climb but nothing crazy . Would definitely book here again if we come back to visit and felt that the price is affordable. Communication and hospitality is key and hirian (Olga son) definitely out shine himself . 10/10 recommend staying here for a trip to NY or NJ.

My stay here was wonderful and everything was as described. The house was neat, the host was nice enough to ensure the necessities were present, and was very responsive for any issues. The location was great because you have restaurants, supermarkets, and bus stops right around the corner (especially if you plan to visit NYC). Overall, solid place for a stay.

She was an amazing host, very fast to reply to any question, also very friendly, the location is very peaceful and safe, you can enjoy the amazing views of Manhattan from the room.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

We were very pleased with the accommodations! We will definitely come back and stay here again.
