Monthly Rentals in Eastern District

We stayed here for 2 weeks and the location is so convenient with bus stop downstairs, close to MTR stations with lots of restaurants and supermarkets . McDonald is just around the corner. In the beginning I was a bit worried as the building is very old. But the place is very spacious and surprisingly clean. We cooked many times and the kitchen has all the utensils needed. Just there’s a bit water leakage from the fridge. In general, it’s of high value for money with a spacious home in a very convenient place.

From the moment of booking, Jay had been such a blessing and very helpful in assisting us on settling with the logistic to her unit. Logistic is simple via MTR, just stop by Taikoo Station at exit B. The location of the unit is up a minor slope with a beautiful landscape, but may i assure you that the journey will not be difficult at all. Furthermore the location will remind you of the classic view of Hong Kong residential area with the nostalgic scenery. Most importantly, it is not crammed with people/tourist. The walk will take roughly 5mins or less but it is definitely worth the experience. Check in is simple, just using a keycard for the main entrance and a physical for the unit entrance. The unit is sufficiently equipped with the essentials for stay. Comfort is guaranteed as there are ACs and multiple air purifiers in the unit. The home is clean as well, giving a homey experience. Overall, i will highly recommend this listing for anyone coming to Hong Kong. Thank you Jay

Eddie’s place was a wonderful respite for our family of 4. Staying in hot June, the AC was perfect! Super clean and so roomy for HK standards. The kitchen was perfect for me as I have allergies and needed to cook all my own meals. All instructions and communication with Eddie the host was fast, very friendly and helpful. The view from the bedrooms is just magnificent, many evenings I just sat there staring at the view! Location wise it was very convenient with MTR nearby, supermarkets, and marble st wet market nearby so you can find a slice of local life. It’s a bustling area but also local and not very touristy. When I come back, I definitely want to stay at Eddie’s again. Perfect place👌 thanks Eddie 😊

Samy's place was fantastic. It was clean, spacious, and Samy was super responsive to all my questions. This is a "classic" airbnb. You're staying in someone's home rather than an investment property meant for short-term rentals. With that said, I felt comfortable in the home and it was a great base for a week while visiting family! Would stay again!
