Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Alapihan Arboretumin vierasmaja ja sauna

Viihtyisä vierasmaja ja sauna villissä puulajipuistossa. Alueella on kahden hehtaarin alueella noin 250 eri lajia puuvartisia puita ja pensaita. Puusto on istutettu vuonna 1970 ja muodostaa oman mikroilmaston, jossa ilma on puhdasta ja hyvää hengittää. Alue on osittain vielä luonnontilassa ja kunnostusta alueella tehdään. This extremely unique 200-year old log house offers you an outstanding holiday. The property locates only 15 minutes by car from Jyväskylä. The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Bathing/hot tub available.

We have beautiful large yard with 2 patios with 2 table sets and sun beds available. Our rowing boat and life jackets, 2 sup paddle boards are at your disposal.

Summergottage at Suvasvesi lake in Vehmersalmi

Gottage is situated by Suvasvesi lake nearby Vehmersalmi village, built -83 and totally renovated -18 when a totally new sauna was built. Surrounded by pineforest for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms. Only 0,5km to the village with different services. There is electicity, washing water coming from lake and fireplace heating. There is a rowbout for fishing, terrace and dock for swimming and spending time by beautiful lake scenery. There are some neighbours nearby.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
