A wonderful Wellfleet location! This second floor rental has a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with a tub and living area with a well stocked kitchen. You would have the whole upstairs to yourself with a private door to come and go. You are also invited to use our pool at anytime! We're located very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for miles of bike riding, PB Boulangerie Bistro, Marconi Beach, the iconic Wellfleet drive-in and so much more. Bedding, towels and essentials provided.

Large, Cozy, Walk to beach, Central AC, Game room

This classic, large Cape Cod house is just perfect for friends or a family reunion. The beautiful Thumpertown Beach is 0.3 miles or a 5-10 min slow stroll down the street. The house is large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably and has a convenient layout that also provides plenty of privacy. There is central A/C that covers the entire house, all rooms have hardwood floors, newer beds, comfortable mattresses and quality pillows. New 18x24 deck has Polywood furniture and Weber gas grill.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. During this time (Mid June through Mid September, check in and out are on Saturdays.

LOCATION: 3/4 mile off main road (unpaved road). Located on the town line of Brewster and Orleans with less than 5 minutes to Chatham or Harwich by car. Nauset and Skaket beaches are less than 3 miles away. Nickerson state park less than 1 mile away. Cape Cod National seashore is located within 7.2 miles of our property. Shopping on Main Street in Chatham is 15 minutes. Enjoy a nice, tranquil walk, listen to the birds or feast your eyes on the surrounding conservation land.

Spacious Guest Suite Close to Town

Our second floor guest suite is on a quiet street, within walking distance to the center of town and a quick drive to ocean and bay beaches. Featuring an open floor plan and high ceilings, the suite includes a living/dining room, kitchenette, reading nook, private bath, and spacious bedroom. Guests have their own outside entrance and tiny deck. Our family of four (+dog & cat) live downstairs. We are happy to provide tips and recommendations, or let you enjoy your privacy.

Cape Cod Heaven

Private one bedroom with full bath and balcony overlooking garden and a peek at the bay. Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen.

Classic Cape Cod Cottage

No cleaning fee! 15 min walk to the best bayside beach, Thumpertown Beach. The cottage is in a very peaceful wooded setting. A beautiful, charming 2 bedroom cottage 15 min walk to Thumpertown Beach. It's situated on a triple sized lot, close to the outer Cape's favorite attractions. Eastham is known as the Gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore. Please note, from June 13 to September 6 we have a 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

Barn Cottage on Minister Pond

Newly renovated cozy heated Barn Cottage (not attached to house- privacy!) on Minister Pond with dock access to canoe/ new queen size bed/equipped kitchen/large deck overlooking pond/gas grill/private yard/2 minutes to ocean or bay beaches and bike trail in National Seashore/ many local attractions, and restaurants! Please note the new 12.45% short term rental tax is now in effect and will be added to your base. Thank you

The Salt Pond Cottage

This is a free-standing private cottage that sleeps 2 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a NEW QUEEN size Nectar bed! There is a full futon couch on the main level. The kitchen has everything you may need. The most spectacular thing about this home is its close proximity to the National Seashore. The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!

Cozy Waterfront Apartment, Private Beach Access

Charming living space with nautical decor invites you to unwind off the grid for a few days. There is a window seat for reading, small high top for morning coffee, and all the accessories for a relaxing day at the beach. A five minute drive into town for local shopping and dining.
