We had a great stay - the weather was uncooperative, but having such a beautiful house really helped. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the built-in grill. There was plenty of space for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was great when everyone was getting ready.

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

We have stayed in multiple houses / penthouses throughout the U.S. , however, this home surpassed them all. Jennifer was amazing from the beginning of the booking with answering my questions and went above and beyond to make this special occasion memorable. The house is well equipped! The sounds of birds chirping in the morning , the breeze, and the view of the pond when drinking coffee was so serene. The space in the house was more than I expected with everyone having lots of space to enjoy all the designated areas for playing board games, Video game room( so cool) , reading , watching tv - there was a room for everyone’s enjoyment from our 12 year old, 17, 25, to my 78 year old parents. The well thought out toiletries in every bathroom, spa slippers and robes in each bedroom, ear plugs located by the bedside, laundry room that has labeled racks of beach items and games , kitchen with all its wonderful amenities- I can do on and on. We WILL be back !

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

The place was nice and spacious. Great for large family gatherings. The pool was nice and although the water was not heated (which may partially have been due to the weather), Zachary and his team were very responsive and helped troubleshoot pool temperature. Overall we had a great stay!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

We loved our stay in Justin’s home. The house is well-stocked, beds are comfortable, and our family had plenty of room. Justin was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Renting towels and sheets was new for us, but it was easy and all set up for us when we arrived. We loved the huge front porch and enjoyed coffee and the quiet neighborhood outdoors each morning. We would definitely return if we make another trip that way.

cute little cottage on a cove with that classic old cape look and feel. Plenty of things to do and great food around! the Ice Cream cafe is fantastic! and really liked friends market. Nauset beach is beautiful and the cape as a whole is lovely as it always has been.

The Penny's House is close to all the beaches, great restaurants and the bike path is accessible via the back of the property which we loved. Her house is beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware you needed to make family dinners together. My family was very comfortable with out stay here! It's a wonderful Cape cottage with personality and charm just steps from the water. The house was clean and well-stocked with kitchen supplies. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and walking the coastal trails. Jude was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, beach and mini golf! Great area to take a walk or run around the neighborhood. Had all the basic supplies for cooking and comfortable furniture in the living room and bedrooms. The outdoor patio and yard is where we spent most of our time, the chairs and set up was perfect. The outdoor shower is a nice touch too!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! This place was perfect , the house had everything we needed and more. My 2.5-year-old daughter especially loved the backyard and the abundance of toys. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back! Rebecca is an incredible host - warm, responsive, and so helpful. Her local recommendations were better than TripAdvisor, Yelp, and Google combined! We also loved the proximity to Wellfleet and the delicious PB Boulangerie bakery nearby. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area

Clean, comfortable home that had everything needed for our stay. On a quiet dirt road, close to the beach, it has a spacious yard with flower and herb gardens and a patio to enjoy the outdoors. Would definitely come again!

Great home away from home. The spring garden was lovely. Well equipped with everything you need. Welcome gift nice touch. Peaceful and great location. The host was very responsive and informative as we were on the Cape during a Nor' easter. Would recommend Dominic's listing to all!

Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home for a few days over Memorial Day weekend. This was our first experience with the Cape and it was everything it was touted to be. The bike path is less than a mile away and connects you to so many places you have no need to drive. We explored many beaches, the Cape Cod National Seashore Visitor Center, area restaurants, Chatam shopping district and Nickerson State Park all via bike. We returned in the evening to the well-appointed, clean, quiet house sitting right on the water's edge. The deck offered panoramic views in a peaceful, private setting. There is a tiny rocky beach that had numerous sea shells, horseshoe crabs, channel whelk and is an easy site to launch kayaks and explore the cove. The bedrooms were cozy and nautically decorated, all 3 were upstairs with one bathroom at the bottom of the stairs. There is an enclosed sun room adjacent to the laundry, garage and a second bathroom. A great space we hope to return to soon!

A beautiful old house with all the modern amenities, on a dead-end road in a quiet area, but easy access by car to Provincetown restaurants , grocery store, galleries, etc, plus ocean side and bay side beaches, National Seashore woods and ponds - everything we love the Cape for. Furnished with very comfortable beds and beautiful antiques. We were there over Thanksgiving, so the fireplace was great - very easy to light a fire and maintain it. (Buy wood at the Stop & Shop in P-town.) Very well-equipped kitchen - easy for the whole family to pitch in on cooking a full turkey dinner. In the summer, the huge screened-in area would be delightful. Maria is super, super-responsive. Met her brother too, who grew up sleeping in the downstairs bedroom.

Christian’s house was excellent all the way around. Communication and instructions were great. House was very clean and clutter free but also had a very at-home feeling to it, very comfortable. We had one small issue which Christian responded to immediately and sent his dad (who lives next door) over to take care of. We totally appreciated the location and having the bike path accessible from the back yard. And having bikes already in the shed to use was a major plus as well!! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay—clean, organized, and very relaxing. The hot tub was a perfect touch, and the location was convenient, about 35 minutes from Cape Cod Mall.

Great stay! The home was clean. The home is well equipped and it is clear that great thought went into making sure that guests have everything they need during their stay. The location is excellent! A short bike ride to the CCRT, and the beaches are a short drive away. A 5-minute walk to Stop-n-Shop, and several good restaurants are also close by. All in all, I would recommend this place highly and would definitely stay here again.

Our family visited Cape Cod for the second time this year, and booked our stay at The French 75 Cape House. We were so glad we did! The house was perfectly sized for our family of 5, and honestly could have fit a few more people comfortably! We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, walking the neighborhood with our dog, and the close proximity to Nauset Light House Beach. The house is located centrally on the Cape, so we had an easy time getting anywhere we needed to go. Frederique was responsive to any questions we had. We couldn't find a beach umbrella, and he wrote immediately letting us know where in the house it was located. When we got to the end of our stay, my wife wanted to stay longer- and Frederique was even able to make that happen for us! Looking forward to more visits in the future.
