Had a great stay & can't wait to go back again!

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed—exactly like the photos, but even better in person. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub—clean, private, and perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Everything we needed was there—from soft towels and comfy beds to a well-stocked kitchen. The location was quiet and peaceful. Whether you’re here to unwind or adventure, this spot is a perfect home base. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay!

We originally booked this place fully intending to explore town the night before a wedding. But we quickly decided to have a night in. Loved this place because: -The bed was very comfy, and I found it easy to go to sleep. -It is RIGHT across the street from the Mayo Clinic, great for guests who are receiving care. -The distance to downtown is walkable and the walk is scenic. -The layout works really well for socializing with family. -The kitchen was well prepared for cooks. Hope to stay again and see Eau Claire.

Beautiful home. Relaxing place to stay for our daughter's graduation. It was obvious how much detail and thought went into decorating this Airbnb. Loved the proximity to downtown EC. Had a bit of trouble finding the "alley" to enter ,but after a trip around the block we were all good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the plants! We hope to stay again.

Our stay was fantastic, the photos don't do the space justice though. The spaces are very open, clean, and not cluttered. Everything was in working order. The bathroom had amazing water pressure and there were tons of towels in the house. I think every bedroom had their own stack available plus those that were in the bathroom. I'm sensitive to scents and there were no air fresheners and the sheets were only lightly scented. For accessibility, there are stairs leading up to the porch without a ramp but the entire first floor was accessible with no steps or lips on the doors. The bathroom doesn't have grab bars. The kitchen has all the basics. If you come with a larger group (there were just 2 of us) maybe bring some additional cutlery along with you. Some basics have been left by past stayers so I'm not sure if it's normally kept stocked with things like olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. The only issue we had was the power went out but Amanda kept us updated. She's great!

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it was everything I’d hoped for and more! We were looking for somewhere quiet outside of the cities and this place definitely delivered. The hot tub was a hit, we fished off the dock (and actually caught something!) and the house itself was gorgeous. There were plenty of beds for 8 of us to buddy up and they were VERY comfortable. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for our large group and made it easy to socialize while preparing meals. Though it did rain most of our stay, the size of the space allowed us to enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped. The separate apartment was a great bonus as well and offered some additional privacy, plus the one-time extra fee is very reasonable for what you get. Overall, I have no complaints about the location and our host was very responsive anytime we had a question that needed addressing. 10/10 experience and I hope to stay here again in the future!

Hogstad is fabulous as usual! Rachel is a superior host. I can't speak highly enough about the property or Rachel! Thank you for having us, yet again. No doubt we'll be back!

Bob & Lisa’s home was very beautiful & we felt right at home! Bob came out & greeted us soon as we got there, showed us around, & we’re always willing to help if needed! They are such wonderful hosts! We’ll definitely be back in the future!(:

Brett was a great host and he made the stay easy from start to finish which i appreciated as I was there for medical reasons and I didnt have to worry about the airbnb

We had the most amazing time. The space was so inviting and beautiful! It was perfect for our little getaway. Like a home away from home! Absolutely, we will be back!

We were in Minnesota to race dirt bikes at Soring Creek MX. We mostly just slept in the unit, seemed if everything was there to cook and be at home. My boys killed some time with the light bright, and cards or something. Coffee shop across the street, enjoyed the place, reminded me of a place I used to live out in Seattle.

We loved our stay at Katie’s place. She was super kind and helpful. The place was just as described and very close to Mayo Clinic for my md appts. So much better than staying in a hotel. Thank you Katie

My parents stayed here and loved it! Terri and Brett went above and beyond for anything they needed while staying there. We will definitely be staying at one of there places when we come back in 3 months.

I would rate a 10 if it was an option. I stayed for over a week and Berni's place worked out perfect in so many ways. It had everything I needed including plenty of space to store my things in the kitchen and bedroom. The place and furniture were well taken care of and the linens were clean and fresh. The place flowed very well so I always felt like I was in a home versus a 'space'. The location was peaceful, very walk-able, close to a local trail that interconnected with the city, and I felt very safe in the area. Berni was an amazing host, very personable, and responded very quickly when I reached out to her. I felt very welcome (including the delicious bread she left for me at arrival) and she treated me more than a mere airbnb renter. She was quick to recommend places that may be of interest to me as well. I would definitely stay again. In fact, her place is going on the top of my list.

This was a lovely place to stay. We love staying in downtown districts and found the "garden" next door with the live music the cherry on the top of this stay. We did not have enough time to explore the area but we will definitely try to stay here again. Everything was comfortable. The steps were do-able but a lot for my partner. Just made us plan a little better for the day so he didn't have to do them as often. Thank you!

Had a great time staying at Wesley’s cabin! He was responsive and helpful, check in was easy, and the place was exactly as described. I’d love to come back for another weekend!

So when we pulled up I thought we had the wrong address. I just assumed from the look of the place and the name that this was a stand alone cabin. It was exactly like the photos show and we had a great time being all together instead of in 3 different hotel rooms! Loved the poker table to play games!! Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay at Great River Flats. It’s very comfortable with all the amenities needed and more. Lake City is a beautiful place in the world and the views from our suite and the common spaces were lovely. We will be returning to Lake City and plan to stay at Great River Flats.

Great stay! Everything was clean and the building was very quiet. Wabasha and the surrounding area was really fun to explore also!

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. We especially loved the rooftop area — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view after a day out. The location is very walkable with plenty of restaurants nearby, plus family-friendly attractions like the interactive fountain, Hok-Si-La Park, and more just a short walk or drive away. A great home base for exploring Lake City and the surrounding area!

Everything was great, just what we needed for our stay at Mayo

I stayed here for a week while at Mayo Clinic. It was a wonderful place to rest and recover. The beds are very comfortable, the place felt modern, and it was way more convenient than a hotel room. Had everything I needed for the stay. It is downtown, so there are some downtown noises - the train, traffic, etc but that didn’t bother me at all, I knew this going into the stay. Also, stairs to get to the unit, again not a problem for me. Perfect place, will be back.
