In 2002, we fell in love with La Bourdère. A hamlet without water, without electricity, buildings in their original state. Little by little, our renovation is transforming the hamlet. Located in a secluded and hilly corner, with a view of a 12th century chapel surrounded by cypress trees, it is ideal for nature lovers. The surrounding landscape is ideal for walking or cycling. 3 km away: small store. 8 km away: Vic-Fezensac, Tempo Latino and Pentecost festivals. 35 km away: Marciac, jazz festival.

The sheepfold

A beautiful barn conversion surrounded by forest. A tranquil location with the sounds of wildlife. Tastefully decorated in keeping with the original characteristics. Roaring cast iron wood burner for those chilly evenings. All the amenities you need to cook your gourmet meal. Your own private pool, hot tub and fire pit to enjoy. The barn is the second property on the location meaning you will be greeted by the host with a warm multi-lingual welcome. You will have complete privacy.

Facilities that can be used all year round: Large covered hot tub, temperature adjustable from 30° to 4°, steam room, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14-meter pool with heated massaging waterfall from early May to late October. The spa water is changed between each rental for perfect hygiene. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests allowed)

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. Our accommodation is located in the heart of the Gers countryside in Sainte-Christie-d'Armagnac and is 4 km from Nogaro and its car circuit, 1.5 hours from the Pyrenees and the ocean, 15 minutes from Aignan and its swimming lake with slide and a tree climbing course. Our village of Ste Christie d'Armagnac has a unique site in Europe, classified as historical monuments (a castle wall made of dry earth, a feudal mound and its church)
