Quiet house / pool / sauna / unobstructed view!

In the Sioule Gorges, about 500 meters from the river. Quiet, in its green setting. No neighbors nearby. The cottage is independent of the owners' home. It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

Idéal pour 2 personnes (possibilité bébé, enfant ou adolescent), Valouca a été rénové et meublé intégralement et dispose d’une box internet. Vous pourrez retrouver tous les équipements nécessaires et le confort attendu tout en étant à deux pas des commerces, des restaurants et du marché (jeudi matin). Nous fournissons draps, couvertures, serviettes, shampoing, gel douche, produits vaisselle et d'entretien.

Ideal for 6 people, but can hold 8 with children (2). The chalet is located 50 m from Ebreuil beach and the playground, on the banks of the Sioule. It has a large garden with barbecue and bowling alley. The shops of Ebreuil are a 5-minute walk (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, tobacco press...). Ideal for family holidays or with friends!
