The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

It is only steps away from the amazing Lyon traboules (historic passageways), town hall, Bellecour Square, and Saint-Jean cathedral.

Completely refurbished 35 m2 apartment. It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a beautiful old building located in the Saône dock. You will find all the essentials to have a comfortable stay whether it is professional or for fun. It has a bathroom with walk-in shower, a small separate toilet, a large bright living room with open kitchen and a bedroom. Oak parquet floor, fireplace, ceiling height we kept the old charm!

Our accommodation is ideally located, close to Parc de la Tête d'Or (4-minute walk), Presqu'île (10-minute walk), public transport (2-minute walk to Masséna metro station), 15-minute walk to Part-Dieu train station. Many nearby businesses. The apartment was completely renovated during the summer of 2016 (double glazing, parquet, security door).
