Monthly Rentals in Eden Rock

Lovely villa in Eden Rock with great views over the sea from top floor terrace and lower floor terrace. BBQ next to seating on top floor is great for entertaining. Apartment is well laid out and would suit various group sizes esp 4 adults and 2-3 children. Minimalist style makes it easy to use and find everything. Noemi the local host is really responsive and helpful. She meets you at the barriers for the complex and shows you the way up to the apartment in the road. Lots of recommendations available. Note circa 20 steps down from the parking to the front door.

We felt right at home. Villa has a beautiful view and very good amenities. There are almost all the important and useful kitchen appliances, a washing machine and dishwasher. Very nice hosts and perfect communication!

David has made our stay super comfortable, always very attentive to everything and very helpful. His mother has been lovely to us and very kind, Highly recommended, very welcoming people, Thank you so much.

The apartment is beautifully and quietly located and also features a stunning, incredibly well-maintained garden. The mattresses were very comfortable—we slept wonderfully. Riccardo is super friendly and was very accommodating with both check-in and check-out. We visited Sardinia outside of the main season and had the beaches in Chia practically to ourselves. We can absolutely recommend this apartment and Riccardo as a host.
