The location is very good. It's right across from the tram and bus stop. We arrived at the airport by a single tram. It was very clean and safe. We highly recommend it

the accommodation was clean and exactly what was described and walkable to Colgate 20 minutes. lots of useful shops and restaurants around. A bit pricey but a great location

Nice place and well equipped. Not much around in terms of coffees and pubs. Well communicated by bus with the city center, 30 minutes ride approximately with a bus stop very close to the location. Nice walks specially to Cramond and Leith. Supermarket at 5 minutes walk. In general a good value place, well equipped but a bit far from the town center. Friendly and helpful host

Property is exactly as it is in the picture. Cozy and comfortable property and cherry on the top is the host Marium. She has been so helpful and kind enough to us when we requested to check out at 11am. Definitely recommend and would love to come and stay.

Francesca's place is super neat, clean, and bright. We especially appreciate having our own bathroom. Comfortable bed with extra pillows that one of us especially enjoyed/needed. One of us appreciate having a small desk in the room to work at. The neighborhood bus affords easy access to sites of the city. Riccardo’s place is beautiful, clean, well furnished, and was quite spacious for the three of us adults who stayed there. The backyard is spectacular and well maintained, offering beautiful views from the living, dining and bedroom areas. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, and had the amenities we needed. The home is situated in a nice residential neighborhood with restaurants and shops within walking distance. We felt safe going for walks even late at night. It was easy and affordable to catch a Uber to the center of town where the big attractions are. Riccardo was very responsive and he addressed any questions or issues we had. We had a great stay at his place!

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

The Airbnb was in a fantastic location, close to everything we wanted to see and do in Edinburgh. The space was very clean and just what we needed for a comfortable visit. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic hosts! and perfect location in Edinburgh, literally a tram or bus ride from the centre and really lovely neighborhood. Can't fault Sue or her husband on their hosting, we were treated as part of the family.

This is a fantastic property in a lovely resort. We couldn’t fault it, everything was perfect. Beautifully clean and all furniture and fittings luxurious. Was with my son and elderly parents and they thought it was wonderful. The resort is wonderfully kept and so close to St Andrews and the other villages in the East Neuk of Fife. 100% recommend. Also wonderful fish and chips at Tailend fish and chip shop. Fabulous stay, will definitely be back.

We booked Susannah's property to host a family get together with people travelling from as far away as New Zealand. The property turned out to be perfect for the 5 of us but would have been just as perfect for 8. This property is clearly someone's home, it has a completely different feeling to many of the antiseptic business properties that we have stayed in before and I felt this was entirely positive. The decor is great and the facilities even better with 3 large bathroom's offering great showers. The location was perfect for exploring Edinburgh as it was well served by the excellent bus system with the tram available for longer journeys. It would also be walkable to the centre of town but we chose to save our energy for exploring. We never failed to find parking nearby when required but chose to leave our cars in the free park & ride carpark that was accessible via a £2 bus. I cannot recommend this property too highly and would definitely return again if numbers required.

Amazing stay at lodge number 85, easy check-in, beautiful Lodge, loved the hot tub. On the Saturday we had an issue with the hot tub but quick response on the messenger & someone was out and had it fixed, great customer service. Will absolutely recommend & can't wait to return! Thanks for a great stay.

Our first trip to Edinburgh was wonderful and memorable. Paige and Mark’s home was a perfect location for our family. We were a short walk from the Water of Leith trail which was a beautiful way to stretch our legs and visit a cute cobblestone street full of cafes and restaurants. We had a rental car to travel but public transportation is easily accessible. Traveling to the Edinburgh Castle and Arthurs Seat is easy and convenient. The home was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked in the event you want to eat in. Thanks Paige and Mark for making our trip amazing!

A wonderful space for our family of four, it had everything you need for cooking etc, crisp, clean linens and tastefully decorated. Beds are comfortable and the host was a pleasure to communicate with. We would stay again! Thank you 😊
