Ground Floor New Town Flat - Views to Dean Bridge

Perfectly situated on the Western edge of New Town, just five minutes walk to Princess Street and George Street but with lovely open views over the private gardens on the Water of Leith and the Dean Bridge to Stockbridge from the sitting room and second bedroom. The apartment is very comfortable - a real home from home. I live in the same building, so I'm available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.

This fine Georgian upper townhouse makes a perfect base for exploring Edinburgh. It has every comfort to be your home-from-home. Please note: this is a traditional Edinburgh Georgian “double upper” and there are 5 short flights of stairs (48 steps) to the front door. Sadly, it is not wheelchair accessible. We have a 5 night minimum stay policy during Christmas, New Year & during the festival in August.
