After arriving in Tokyo, we can take the subway directly to the accommodation. The room environment is very good and comfortable. The scenery outside the window is also good. There are convenience stores and subway lines nearby. The host is very friendly. It was an unforgettable trip.

After asking the host, the host was willing to let us check in early and place the luggage, which was a great help to us. Next time if there is a group trip with friends, I will refer to and choose this room again!

Quiet neighborhood! Great space:)

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Our stay at Mimiko’s was short but it was a great find. We came as a family of three with a 1.5 year old and it worked great for us even though it’s not advertised for children. The queen sized was perfect; all 3 of us fit comfortably and the toiletries in the shower smell amazing. I asked in advance about coffee and Mimiko went out of her way and provided drip coffee packs as well as coffee filters and a drip. I felt that was going above and beyond. Most places just provide what they provide but Mimiko went an extra step even for something so small. I also forgot my child’s sleep bag and she’s sending it to my home. Lifesaver!

The place was as described and easy to get to!There’s also a HALAL kebab store nearby which was really a plus point!Loved everything here and will definitely be back.

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Had a very nice stay. The apartment is smart and practically furnished, with an eye for detail. Everything was clearly explained in English, from appliances to amenities, which immediately familiarized it. The bed was lovely, the space bright and quiet, and the combination washer/dryer worked great — definitely convenient for a longer stay. The location is perfect: 3 min walk from Makuhari Station, in a quiet neighborhood but with shops and coffee within walking distance. Yuki was super friendly, quick to respond and provided clear directions. You immediately feel welcome. 🙏🏼 Recommended for those who want to travel east via Makuhari to Tokyo, Chiba or more. It was a perfect base for me to get everywhere by train from there.

Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering helpful suggestions for restaurants and things to do nearby. The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! Amazing Location and Great Local Eats! Masanari’s place is in a fantastic location—just a very short walk to Aoto Station, making it super convenient for getting around Tokyo. What really made the stay special was the neighborhood itself—there are so many authentic Japanese restaurants nearby, from ramen shops to cozy izakayas. It felt like a true local experience. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect after a day of exploring. Highly recommended for anyone who wants easy access to the train and great food right around the corner!

We like staying near Oshiage station when visiting Tokyo. This place was perfect for our needs! Can’t wait to come back!

Yumi’s place was wonderful and helped make our trip amazing. She had detailed instructions on how to use everything in the home, nearby places to visit, and answered all our questions along the way. Definitely would recommend anyone to book with Yumi!

We stayed overnight at Ayumi’s for an early morning flight out of Haneda. The location is great for an early departure or even a late arrival to give yourself some breathing room. We had a little difficulty getting into the building as due to a mix up of codes but Ayumi was quick to respond to our phone call and we were able to get in quickly. It’s a spacious place with a high class shower and classy interior. The description does state that there’s a tv but that’s only in the bath but the bedroom light is also a projector which casts to the doors when closed. Overall a great stop just before a day’s worth of traveling.

Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. The locality is wonderful, authentic, and homely! love the train station vibes on slow afternoons. it has everything you need! Thank you Pearl for a wonderful stay 😊

Very spacious, close to the subway station, very convenient.The house is fully equipped, the toiletries are also fully equipped, the landlord is very nice, and you can store your luggage.

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.
