The 64 m² are divided into anteroom, bedroom, first-class kitchen-living room with access to the large balcony, toilet, storage room and bathroom with bathtub. The tram stop is a 3-minute walk and takes our guests to Linz main square in 12 minutes. Local suppliers, wine taverns, restaurants, as well as an indoor swimming pool with wellness area are in the immediate neighborhood.

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you'll find cozy sleeping spaces.
