Brand new and fully equipped house of 28 sqm in Danderyd, 15 minutes north of central Stockholm. The house was completed in January 2024 and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac 100 meters from a fantastic nature reserve with endless options for walking, hiking and swimming. In 10-15 minutes by car, you can reach both the sea with nice swimming areas or two of Scandinavia's largest shopping centers (Täby Centrum and Mall of Scandinavia. The house has waterborne floor heating, a permanent workplace, good Wi-Fi and parking with charging.

Cottage close nature. 15 min to Sthlm. Up to 4 ppl

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Apartment in a residential area

Lägenheten (22 kvm) ligger i en villa med egen ingång. Parkering finns utanför lägenheten, men hör av dig innan så att jag lämnar plats där. Det finns även en busshållplats till Mörby Centrum som snabbt tar dig till centrala Stockholm. Det finns en 120 cm bred säng, en 90 cm, och en bäddsoffa. Vid ankomst är sängarna nybäddade, och städning på avresedagen ingår. En enklare frukost ingår (bröd, smör, ost, skinka, och yoghurt). Området är lugnt och trevligt. Lägenheten är djur och rökfri.

You wake up in this magical house on the top on a cliff overlooking the entire Stockholm Archipelago. The house itself has everything you need and the surrounding nature provides the magic. The deep forest meets the rugged archipelago cliffs, you can't help but abdicate for the peace. The starry nights and silence at the far end of the peninsula is soothing for the soul. With eagles and deer outside the window, you relax from the inside out. Simply a unique place.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.

House Stockholm/Sollentuna 30m2

Newly built attic house 30 m2 + loft 11 m2 with all the amenities in Sollentuna, 9 km from Stockholm. 15-minute walk to commuter train. The house is located in Helenelund/Fågelsången, close to Järvafältet. The house is just a couple of kilometers from a nice beach in Edsviken and 2 km to EdsbergsEdsbergs Sportfält with ski slope, bike park, high-altitude track, running loops and artificial grass fields.

Detached private guest house 20 minutes from Stockholm city

Our guesthouse is totally independent from the main buildning with private parking and access to the garden. Surroundings with beautiful walking trails in the nature and only 5 min walk to public swimming in the sea either from cliffs with a ladder to the water or a small beach suitable for smaller children. Two bicycles available to rent during your visit.

Private apartment, 2 rooms (one sleeping room, living room with sofa bed), fully equipped kitchen, own sauna, own entrance and your own corner in the garden. All in one of the nicer suburbs of Stockholm. Swimming in the see, golf or jogging in the woods. But still in central Stockholm in less than 30 min. with subway.
