A cozy cottage with lots of space in and outside the house. A cozy living room where you can read a book or watch TV. A spacious bright kitchen overlooking the garden where you can keep an eye on your child! And where there is enough space to cook extensively. With the open spiral staircase (staircase may be difficult to access for people with walking difficulties!) you go to the first floor and you will see two beautiful and cozy bedrooms . In one bedroom there is a double bed and the other bedroom there are 2 single beds which can of course be changed to a double bed. Downstairs next to the toilet and bathroom is a bedroom with a single bed. In short, enough space in this beautiful house! Possibility to rent bikes 10,- euro per bike per day.

Appingedam, a charming little historical town, with its hanging kitchens, is about 6 km away.

Unfortunately, our apartments are temporarily closed until spring/summer 2026 for a major renovation. They will be modernized, even more luxurious, wheelchair-friendly where possible and as energy-neutral as possible, with improved insulation, sustainable heating systems and modern facilities for lower energy consumption. You can stay in the medieval national monument Golden Property 4, right in the historic city center of Appingedam. Golden Pand 4 is a medieval noble heerd and is still largely built from monastic tops. The facade dates from the 18th century. The house has modern amenities and is suitable for use by 2 persons. The layout consists of living room with kitchen, furnished basement and on the floor the bedroom and bathroom.

De kinderen lopen in een paar minuten naar de speeltuin achter het huis! Het is een oud huis met een simpele inrichting, maar in principe is alles er voor een ontspannen verblijf.
