Holiday rentals with a patio in Effingham County

Don’t judge a book by its cover! Even though we didn’t have a pic of the outside/neighborhood. The inside was immaculate! Communication was great and we had a great stay! I would stay again!

Jais’s place was just as described. Very neat and tidy. He was also very responsive to my questions. Would stay here again.

Great stay! It was perfect and everything my friend and I were looking for. We were able to get to our activities downtown with ease, it was about a 20 min drive and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Jais's place was wonderful. He was the most responsive host I've probably ever had. If im ever in the area again I'd 100% stay again.

Our stay was nice. The area was great, not very walkable but downtown was less than 15 minutes away. Lots of restaurants close by! This unit was on the 3rd floor so if you have physical inabilities, keep that in mind. There were some cleanliness issues but they were all handled very quickly. The hosts whole team was nice and professional! There was a little wear and tear with some amenities but overall the unit was nice, modern, and stylish. We had cats and forgot our pet bowls so the host also was nice in bringing by some treats and bowls for them on the house. Overall, I had a great Mother’s Day weekend with my kids there. I would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed this place and will return. I didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities because I ended up being so busy during my stay, but that was one of the perks and reasons that I chose this place. The only problem that I had was that parking was very difficult because most of the spaces were reserved. So by the time you walk from your distant parking spot and then take three flights of stairs only to have to make a couple of trips… If you have a lot of items, it’s pretty exhausting. Other than that, once I was inside, it was a really nice stay.

This place suited ALL our purposes: within ten minutes of our targeted locations, places to eat and services close, all appliances worked, beds were comfortable, sufficient quality linens and paper products, and a super responsive host! Kitchen had sufficient quality items (nice mugs! sharp knives!) and was spotless. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. The published description was EXACTLY what we experienced. We had a great time at Brandon's Airbnb. The home was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. The location was perfect for where we needed to travel each day in Savannah. The best part was the amazing pool and the goats on the attached farm (my kids were in heaven). We had our two dogs with us as well and they didn't want to leave. The home is perfect for pets and pristine. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Would absolutely stay here again!

My family really enjoyed this home over the holiday. It was perfectly located, close to the outlet malls and about 20 mins from Savannah. The space was clean and spacious. Denise’s was a great host, making sure that we were accommodated during our stay. Would definitely stay here again when back in the Pooler/Savannah area.

Our stay at Eugenia place was awesome the house felt warm and Inviting she was also very respectful to our needs when ever we reached out to her Eugenia responded and answered questions and even had her Husband to come and help us out a couple of times he was pleasant and very friendly we really appreciate him for that thank you for sharing your home with us Rosemary Hall

The place was immaculate and just the right fit for us. Each kid at their own bedroom/space to relax after spending a full day in Savannah, GA exploring. Savannah was a mere 20 minutes away with Tybee Island around 50 minutes. We were in Savannah all week long during our stay throughout various times (morning, afternoon and late evening). Backyard was well kept, host was extremely responsive and checked in on us at before we checked in to make sure we're all set and even after we left. Great host, great house. great area to visit.

Georgia was gorgeous and having our own little hideaway made it even better. Nice place. I’d definitely stay again.

My family came from 3 different states to spend the long weekend together. This was the perfect spit and we had plenty of remove to have privacy or be together for meals and play games. We will definitely be staying again.
