Built in the style of an A-Frame house, the property has been lovingly renovated from the ground up – with a keen eye for aesthetics, quality, and atmosphere, in harmony with its architecture and the surrounding nature.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Welcome to the city apartment on Kaiserstraße in the heart of Karlsruhe – live between Europaplatz and Kaiserplatz. In just two minutes you can reach the pedestrian zone with the promenade No. 1 of Karlsruhe. You will stay in the rear building, so it is pleasantly quiet and it is hardly possible to be more central. A fully furnished and stylish 2-room apartment with balcony and 42 m² of living space on the 2nd floor with elevator, is waiting for you to live in.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Ground floor apartment The description says it's a shared pool. It is used by ourselves from time to time. There is a possibility to reserve the pool every day for several hours. You have private access to the pool from the apartment! From early summer 2026 there will be an exclusive sauna, which can be booked optionally. Smoking is allowed outdoors only!! Pets are allowed but please clarify BEFORE booking and specify in the request.

Beautiful basement apartment on the outskirts of Leopoldshafen. Shopping (Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, bakery) and the tram to Karlsruhe (S1/S11) can be reached by foot in 5 minutes. The KIT Campus Nord is a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car or bike. A bike can be rented from us on request. The location on the edge of the Black Forest and the proximity to the French border invite you to breathtaking hikes and culinary day trips.

The newly renovated bathroom has a bathtub. The rooms are bright and friendly. Parking and shopping nearby complete the offer.
