Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Mountain view at the Upper Village Square

Grainau is where Germany is most beautiful, right on the Zugspitze and next to the Eibsee. And this house is where Grainau is most beautiful. Surrounded by historic farms directly on the village square, with great views of the mountains and everything you need in the immediate vicinity. The south apartment on the 2nd floor is the smallest of our apartments. It has also been lovingly restored, is flooded with light, has a gallery and a ceiling height of over 5m, and the south-facing balcony offers pure mountain views.

Enzian Apartment

Our 3 apartments are located 80 m from the street, on the ground floor, south-facing, 2 of them with a furnished terrace; they are about 34 m² and all as good as new, complete and lovingly equipped. Of course, parking, Wi-Fi is free. To the town center/beginners' ski area 500 m, to the free bus 120 m, to the train station 500 m. Surrounded by meadows, enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains. Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

The Gams has natural stone and oak wood floors, a kitchen with cozy seating area, living room, bedroom, second open loft bedroom and modern bathroom. Bright & quiet with marvellous 3-summit-view!

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Very nice apartment, outskirts in Flaurling, Tyrol

The apartment is located in a quiet outskirts of Flaurling in the middle of the countryside. Garden use (table, chairs, sunbathing lawn, basketball hoop, soccer goal) in the area of the guest apartment. Free parking is available in front of the house. The village of Telfs with a climbing center, year-round ice rink, indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as sauna is only about 4 km away. The nearest ski resorts and the state capital of Innsbruck can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Welcome to our cozy log cabin in the Bavarian Alps. We built this log cabin with a lot of love for detail, as this is our profession. The log cabin is located near our carpentry shop and small farm and is located in the middle of the village. Please note: it is not on a mountain or on an alpine pasture. The village is alive! From your window, you can occasionally watch a new log cabin being prepared. Here you can experience country life up close!

Large apartment in the mountains in Hintergraseck

ATTENTION: not directly accessible by car. You hike, we'll take your luggage. Hintergraseck is located at an altitude of 1000m above the Partnach Gorge, in the middle of the mountains in magnificent nature. Unique view of the mountains. The parking lot is 2.8 km away. The luggage will be transported. The walk takes about 1 hour. Parts of the route can be conquered by cable car. Free range farm animals in the vicinity of the apartment.

The living room with a large couch, 2 cozy armchairs, satellite TV, a tablet and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee capsule or filter machine, fridge and dishwasher.
