Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, large shower and bathroom. Here you can relax in quiet and rural surroundings. There is a large double bed, bunk bed and trundle bed in the apartment. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. There are also nice swimming spots nearby. In winter, it is a short drive for those who like cross-country skiing at Kleivvann and at Gautefall there is an alpine facility. Hunting grounds can be rented through Statskog.

The interior is simple and harmonious with fine colors and authentic materials that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Invites peace and quiet. No TV. There are good opportunities for outdoor life in summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Bedsheets, towels, firewood, and laundry are included in the price!

Great location cottage from 2011, with large flat natural plot and undisturbed outdoor area. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Efficient floor plan - entrance, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and open living room/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entrance December 2024. Installed heat pump 2025. Pets allowed by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of big game hunting.

I inherited Godli from an old aunt about 25 years ago. The house was built around 1950 by a local carpenter who has also made many of the furniture. We have tried to keep the slightly retro atmosphere in the house. At the same time, we are constantly making new upgrades. The electrical system on the 2nd floor has just been replaced. We use the house as a holiday home ourselves. The house is located in an open and peaceful area. There are nice places to swim just nearby, nice hiking terrain and a little half hour to drive to Risør and Kragerø

Experience quiet surroundings in this house in the clearing in the woods. The house has a low ceiling and most people have to bend a little to go through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Cottage for rent, 1.5 km from E18 at Sørlandsporten in Risør municipality. It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. Our 30 m2 Lyngebu cabin is located at Ånudsbuoddane cabin area, by the lake Nisser in the heart of Telemark (5 min to Treungen city center with several shops, 15 min to Gautefall ski center, walking distance to water, mountain trails). We also offer a rowboat, so the area can be explored from the water. Here you get the best view of the lake and mountains with all the comforts to enjoy your stay!
