You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space. There are 3 queensize-beds: a bed and a sofa bed with toppers for even more comfort in the sleeping room, another sofa bed can be used in the living-room.

Storage for suitcases and various other things. Bicycle garage and free parking right in front of the host's house. 10 to 20 min by car to St.Margarethen (Opera Festival), Rust(wine town on Lake Neusiedl), Mörbisch(operetta) or 5 min to Eisenstadt(Haydnstadt). Everything is also comfortably accessible by bicycle.

In about 30 minutes by car you can reach Eisenstadt, Lake Neusiedl with the towns of Mörbisch, Rust, Märchenpark St Margarethen, Ebreichsdorf train station, Seibersdorf outdoor pool, Neufeldersee and approx. 40 minutes to Vienna. The apartment has a generously equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a living room with TV, free Wi-Fi, and a balcony that invites you to relax and get together. In the garden there is a bicycle storage space, sunbathing and playground with trampoline, horizontal bar, swing, barbecue facilities and a large swimming pool. The garden is at your disposal and the guests of our other apartment.

On behalf of the soul: the Lorenzhof is a separate part of our Pannonian double farmstead, which has been in our family for many generations. During the renovation, we paid great attention to preserving the original, reserved atmosphere of the Burgenland farms. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom and toilet. A sunny, protected courtyard for cozy hours is at your disposal.
