Holiday rentals with beach access in Eixample

My family and I enjoyed our Barcelona stay at Rosa and Nicolas' place. There were very warm and gave a great orientation to their place, the neighborhood and the city. Very responsive and helped us arrange transportation from the airport. Would definitely recommend Rosa and Nicolas as hosts.

I had a wonderful experience at Jorge’s place. Everything was great. The location of the apartment was just perfect for all the attractions! Walkable distance to mostly everything as well very easy if needed to grab a taxi to visit farthest attractions. Jorge was a great host very friendly!

The terrace is extraordinary! We really enjoyed having breakfast and an aperitif there! The apartment is central, with the direct bus/metro/tram in front, which makes it much easier to get around. In addition, there is an excellent little Italian restaurant just a 5-minute walk away (take out available). Finally, Judith is an outstanding host. She responds quickly, is always available to inform us about tourist attractions, restaurant suggestions, etc. I highly recommend!

Thank you for letting me stay in your lovely apartment in Barcelona! Jordi gave me clear instructions on where and when to meet for check-in. As previous guests have mentioned, there are narrow stairs to get to the apartment, so it may not be so easy with a big suitcase or for less mobile people. However, I was aware of this beforehand, and it didn't bother me. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I was so happy there was air conditioning during the Barcelona summertime. :)

My husband and two teen daughters had a great stay. The apartment is clean and as described. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable and there were plenty of towels. AC units were quiet and kept us comfortable. Lots of natural light in the apartment and overall a really great stay.

Hands down, the best hosts we have experienced. From the moment we booked, Susana and Alvero were kind and classy. The apartment was in a great location for us just outside Barcelona. Our family of five felt right at home and would certainly stay again if our travels bring us back to Mongat! Look no further, you found the right place!

A charming apartment perfect for 5 people, very central, quiet, clean, well structured, spacious. Traditional Barcelona architecture with high ceilings and hydraulic mosaic. Very comfortable beds, master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, secondary bedroom with 2 beds in which a 3 bed can be adapted without problems, spacious living room, very bright with good views to the outside, with a fantastic double sofa bed very comfortable to sleep. It has 2 full bathrooms with hair dryer and shampoo/shower gel. Washer/dryer in the small terrace gallery. Kitchen small but very complete. Air conditioning in all rooms. 2nd floor (actually a 4th floor counting the mezzanine and ground floor) with elevator. The photos correspond exactly to the apartment, the hostess is very kind and attentive to every detail. We will definitely repeat. Highly recommended.

It's really close to Plaça Catalunya (about 3 minutes on foot) However, it was inconvenient that there was a separate person who managed it on behalf of the host, and that I was able to check in after meeting with that person through social media or email! Still, the response from the person who manages it on my behalf was relatively quick! I recommend preparing the exact amount of cash because you have to pay the accommodation tax in cash and it's difficult to get change! There is an elevator, so you can move your luggage comfortably, and the house is really tidy! It's really spacious and pleasant compared to hotels near Barcelona!!

Everything as promised and better! Our stay at this home was excellent from start to finish. Everything exactly matched the listing description: clean, well equipped, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly at all times. The apartment was spotless on our arrival, with every thoughtful detail: from bed linen to kitchen utensils. Also, it was noticeable that they think about guest comfort. The best thing is that there were no unpleasant surprises, everything was just as we expected (or even better!), which is greatly appreciated when one travels. It was such a good experience that we would definitely book this place again in the future. 100% recommended!

We stayed here for 4 days, Jaume was really helpful in providing a binder filled with recommendations, maps & bus and train routes, and taxi numbers to get around in Barcelona! We loved the outdoor terrance. The neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful, a lot nearby cafes and restaurants, and even an outdoor & indoor shopping mall! It’s also a short walk from the bus stop and the train stations.

Mo's place is ground floor ,easy access with the best of both worlds , beach and access to the city. Perfect if you have kids , we did our sightseeing in the morning and relaxed on the beach in the afternoon. 4 supermarkets within a 3min walk plus local restaurants. The accomodation is on 3 levels with includes a private roof terrace. Super clean, everything you need. Snacks and essentials on arrival Basically zero complaints Mo greets you on arrival which is a really nice touch, settles you in and keeps in touch .spent 3 nights in Barca. Best airbnb for us

Miguel’s home was impeccably, clean and fully furnished with anything we needed. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and wonderful dining. Miguel and his wife were lovely! This truly was one of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever stayed at! I hope to return soon.

There were three of us at Trude and Miguel's and we are just thrilled! We felt very comfortable, the accommodation looks exactly like the photos and we lacked nothing. Trude welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything. We met Miguel the next day and both are super friendly and open. We also received very helpful tips for surrounding shopping, bars and restaurants. The beach is within walking distance. The accommodation is outside of Barcelona, but still easily accessible by bus and train. We really enjoyed escaping the hustle and bustle of the big city. Here you can relax and have a good time. We would love to come back and can only recommend it! ☺️🫶🏻

A charming place, very complete and extremely beautiful. When I return to Barcelona I will no doubt stay again

Very nice accommodation, located in the basement of the owner's accommodation, it is very quiet and ideally located. 1 minutes from a children's park (2 to 12 years old) , 5 minutes from the supermarket and 8 minutes from the train on foot. Train line R1 takes 25 minutes to get to "Catalunya" station, Barcelona's central square. Owner Nancy is very responsive by message and friendly. The check-in instructions are clear. There are also all the points of interest in the given PDF. 3 beds in 90 for the little ones and one bed kiiiinnnnnggsize for parents. Everything was perfect. Thanks.

The house was insanely beautiful!! We were really surprised with how clean, spacious and beautiful the house was. We loved our stay!

This was my third time staying with Jordi and Manel. Their home is always such a great home base when my friends and I visit Barcelona. It's close to the metro, in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby, and also a quick walk to the beach! On top of that, the place itself has everything you need and Jordi / Manel are ready to help anyway they can.

We stayed here as a family—my wife, our 2-year-old child, and I—and everything was just perfect. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, and more. It was thoughtfully equipped for all types of guests, including families with children. We especially appreciated the presence of toys, which made our little one feel right at home. There was nothing missing, and everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

We loved staying here! Excellent location! We could look out and see so much. Loads of places to eat right nearby. The place was clean, stocked, and exactly what we were expecting. Would absolutely recommend.

Location: although street noise is worth a mention, its momentary and not something that would stop me from returning. 2 to 5 minute walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, next town over (Badalona) easily walkable in less than 12 minutes. House: spacious, clean, well equipped. We are a family of 5, 3 teen girls shared 2nd bedroom, leaving the living room free for reading/relaxing. Host: David is a gent, so helpful, knowledgeable and has many great recommendations from sights to visit to finding great tapas. David went out of his way to help when I was in need of a doctor and pharmacy late on Saturday evening. Thanks again David. I shared the doctor 24/7 information with him, for future guests. We had two great days local to the house and two great days sightseeing in Barcelona. Happy teens, Happy parents.

Very good experience, Mariona was very nice and welcoming host, we were later than expected, and she was touched and apologetic in order to wait for us to stay in for our missed and family's weekend dinner.It's a good value house in Barcelona, close to the beach and peaceful.Downtown is easily accessible by bus and subway.If there is a chance I would like to visit Marinoa

We would like to thank Nadia& taras for the great stay. It was very clean and we were right at home. The location is great and it only takes 2 minutes to get to the metro and the city 15 minutes. Everything easily accessible. Would highly recommend for your stay.

We had a great stay at Luis’s flat. It was a great space in a wonderful location. Very peaceful, safe and walkable to much of what we did while in Barcelona. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Barcelona.
