The house from 2017 is located right by Ekebergsletta and bus stop to/from the city. On the 1st floor there is a large living/dining room, open kitchen solution and a bedroom with double bed. From the living room there is an exit to a plot of 100m2, as well as a lawn with a trampoline. On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a TV room. In the basement of the house is the entrance and toilet. There is also a rental part that is rented to a permanent tenant. The house is one of three houses in a condominium, with a common driveway. Tidy and well equipped.

Family home in a semi-detached house right next to Ekebergsletta, with a nice garden and immediate proximity to the bus that takes 12 min down to the city. Or a walk through Ekeberg Park, and you are in Bjørvika in 20 minutes. Nice and quiet residential area. Parking space for 2 cars. Since this is our family home and we have a neighbor on the 2nd floor, we do not want to rent for partying.
