Right across the beach, lots of restaurants, coffee shops up and down the street, shops nearby. We really like this beach stretch of Algarrobo and Carlos’s place is in the middle of it.

The accommodation met all the needs for an excellent stay, it was very clean and tidy. The communication with Felipe was very pleasant. As for the distance from the beach, it was about 7 minutes, and the walk was very pleasant. Close to businesses and the "main" street where supermarkets were located. Octavio's house is beautiful, and the view is wonderful. The house It is located in the Campomar condominium, which is a very established condominium, with good services, local streets, beach (not bathing) and security. The three pieces are comfortable, the living room, kitchen and dining room are spotless, all with ocean views. The house is VERY well equipped. Communication with Octavio was very simple, friendly and efficient.

Karina was an excellent host. The place is very comfortable, pleasant and ideal for being with children. We loved the entertaining room, you can watch movies comfortably you or the kids, as well as play as it has some toys for them. Even reading a while, something you'd like for your little interesting book offer. Everything is VERY CLEAN, tidy and quiet in the apartment. We didn't hear bulla almost in the surrounding apartments. On the other hand, although it does not have an ocean view, it has a view of a forest that is located next to the condominium that is very nice to observe. And Karina, she was VERY kind, courteous and with an excellent disposition. Highly recommended for families!

Its location is strategic for those who want to visit other attractions in the area. As a suggestion for the winter season, it would be ideal to have a more powerful heating system in both the rooms and the common areas. Definitely a place we'd come back to!

Very well located apartment, with an excellent view, the beach is in front and several nearby places to walk. It is old, but very comfortable and has good equipment. I made the mistake of going with my dog sausage and pets were not accepted. I have always gone with her to Airbnb leases without a problem. Nicole escalated it to Airbnb, which she mediated in a great way and she had a very good attitude and willingness to resolve with additional charge. I am very grateful for the flexibility in this situation, in addition to being always available to give details of restaurants and others. I 100% recommend the place, the view is beautiful and the hostess is very close and friendly.

The apartment is as shown in the photographs, the condominium is very nice and very quiet, ideal for a restful rest. Note that the living room does not have curtains, as it appears in the photographs.
