Monthly Rentals in El Capitan Reservoir

We came to Alpine to hike, hike, hike and experience local breweries. Our mini aussie loved the entire trip, especially the lovely sunny private back yard with room to chase a ball or lie at our feet after a day’s hike while we enjoyed a tasty beverage. As it was time to rest, the shower was fabulous along with resting in a chair or on the bed to watch some favorites on the tv. Fresh cookies at check in and chocolate baklava at check out was heartwarming. Rika is a beautiful soul. The driveway was spacious and assisted us going left or right. Wonderful location for restaurants, grocery and especially hiking for us. Finally, Rika’s place inspired us as we plan our senior studio at our daughter’s place in Portland OR. Loved our three nights at Rika’s. Will return if life allows🩷

We have stayed in San Diego Estates many times, and I think this is the second or third time at this location. We love it! It’s a perfect family destination. With a full kitchen, we were able to manage most meals in suite which is our preference. The park nearby was a hit, we loved walking the area, and of course the pool and amenities always surpass our expectations. We also love how central it is to get to wineries, Julian, San Diego—- every trip is a new adventure, and this spot is perfect!

Gwen’s place was great! The location was perfect - convenient to Lakeside and where we were going. It was quiet - no outside noises to keep us awake. I really liked how well organized everything was. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Bristen's place was very nice. It was clean, very comfortable, close to town, and restaurants. We didn't eat at a place we didn't like. Her and Dave are a very gracious young couple. We would stay there again if we traveled back to Alpine.
