Maravillosa casa y un anfritíon espectacular!!! My husband and I spend four beautiful days at this location. Francisco, the host, waited for our delayed arrival. He was very helpful in providing information and answering questions. All his recommendations were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

The house is small but at the same time very comfortable well put together. I love the ocean view in the morning. My granddaughters loved the pool it is a very nice size .

The location of the place is actually in real good central area where you have access to all the nice places like Balandra Beach 32 minutes away any other beach 25

We have been to La Paz several times, but so far Evelin's accommodation is the one we liked the most. The location, although not so close to the center, is very close to restaurants, supermarkets and squares, which was very convenient for our family logistics. The subdivision is very safe, the house is nice, cozy and impeccable. I loved that it has details designed for families with children. The instructions are clear for absolutely everything, it gives you a very detailed and easy to understand manual. We are very hopeful that we can return soon

The apartment is in an excellent area, close to the esplanade and there is an Oxxo nearby and a birrieria, as well as tacos el estadio, I will definitely stay again ♥️

Location: Tom's place is a block away from the Malecon with many nearby restaurants/coffee shops and farmers market. Relatively quite during the night. Check-in: Tom met us in person; he even waited 15 minutes as we were at a wrong location. He provided clear instructions and suggestions for local restaurants. Apartment: This unit is on "Primer Piso" (first floor) and one needs to enter code to get in to the stairs in addition to electronic keypad door lock. We felt fairly safe with two level of locks. There is no elevator, but it was relatively easy few stairs even with standard check-in luggage. Apartment is as described and per photos in the listing. AC in both rooms were very efficient and ceiling fans were very useful. One minor inconvenience: Shower drainage was a bit slow during our stay and the half-glass enclosure does have enough splash to make the floor wet even after adjusting the shower head to the front. Great value for the money. Highly recommended.

I loved staying at Alejandra's place. It has a small patio with a hammock where you could rest deliciously. The place is close to the center and the esplanade. We rented a car and parked it on the street, which was very quiet and safe. There was always room. The bed is very comfortable, the space is very nice and although it was the weekend we did not hear any noise that disturbed our peace. Thank you very much for everything, Alejandra.

I have to say, the amazing ratings have to be thanks to Abril. From getting there until the day we left she was attentive, helpful, resourceful, respectful and most importantly very welcoming and helped us feel safe. She was basically the only person we had communication with and she was always available. She gave us amazing recommendations and was attentive enough to ask how out days were. Everything in the house was spotless and organized. Again, this all goes to Abril. ¡Muchas gracias Abril por tus atenciones te lo agradecemos mucho!

The apartment is beautiful as described in the photos. If you arrive by car, you are just a few minutes from the esplanade and the center. We rested very well! It has air conditioning in all rooms. The shower water with a lot of pressure and always hot. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We loved that it was at the foot of a beautiful beach and that the pool was also at your disposal. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need. The location in a very quiet place and close to the city and also the most popular beaches of La Paz. Álvaro's attention was always very friendly and suggested activities and places to eat rich. We will surely return to this place.

Perfect if you want something for a few days near the malecon with amenities you need on daily bases

Incredible place, very quiet and safe and the amenities were perfect to enjoy our vacation in La Paz. Highly recommended, Diana is always very responsive.

The condo is beautiful, spacious and extremely well equipped with every amenity you need for a great stay. Plus the ocean view from the living room and balcony is stunning. The location is extremely convenient, right off the main boardwalk and walking distance to tons of food options. (Note that you can expect some noise in the evening, being located so close to the Malecon.) The host was super communicative and flexible with our checkin/checkout process. We had a fantastic time during our stay, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting La Paz!
