Monthly Rentals in El Guincho

We had 10 wonderful days in Markus and Dirk's house! The house is clean and has a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the sea over the banana plantations and is very quiet. Everything you need and more is present (washing machine, several towels, toilet paper, olive oil, herbs, coffee, tea, parking space in front of the door, bottle of water, etc.). The beds were a bit hard, but we'll use that quickly. In terms of location, it is a nice base to visit the rest of the island. And walking distance to a nice local cafe/restaurant to have a beer or a bite to eat. There is a beach within a 15-minute walk, but because of high waves we did not swim there. However, you can do that on the beach of Garachico or San Marcos, both less than a 10-minute drive by car. Finally, Markus and Dirk are very committed hosts, and they make sure everything is perfectly arranged. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent, it's the best way to describe the apartment and the host. The accommodation is clean and tidy, sheets, towels, toiletries and cleaning products, etc. No noise and cool during the day and night, with comfortable, spacious beds, TV in the rooms and living room, many details that make the stay pleasant, the terrace is great, you can even watch the sunset. During the days I have been there, I have had no problem parking on the same street as the house. The town center is a few minutes away and has supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a pedestrian area, etc. The highway access is convenient for traveling to other parts of the island. The host is a ten from the start, clear directions and always willing to answer and help with any questions. In short, an unbeatable apartment and host, without a doubt a totally recommended place. Wonderful stay at El Guincho. Appartment had everything we needed, was clean and as described with a comfy bed. Philip was easily contacted, responding quickly and extremely helpful with recomendations for places to visit and eat. We had a late arrival but Philip was flexible and welcoming. The roof terrace is wonderful, beautifully decorated and a lovely place to relax in the sun with great views. The small beach nearby is easily reached and great for swimming or watching the waves if its windy. We enjoyed some of the fantastic walking trails on Tenerife and had a great holiday.
