Rental includes full kitchen, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and living room and dining room. Home is not shared with owner or any other guests not in your own party. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles on our driveway and plenty of street parking also. Garage not included. Security camera outside front door & garage.

This is a wonderful venue for couples, families, and group gatherings. There are four bedrooms (K, K, Q, F bunk) as well as a hide-a-bed sofa and a futon in the living area. It can sleep up to 14 but sleeps 8 privately. The amenities include cable, Internet,gazebo, private pool, BBQ, wood burning chiminae, and outdoor sound system. Located within 15 minutes of both the AZ Cardinals stadium and the Mariner's/Dodgers spring training facility.
