Excellent for a quiet vacation for family or group of friends and staying to enjoy the house! All rooms had clean sheets, blankets and towels. The impeccable house, has hot water in the bathrooms and kitchen. above all excellent cleanliness and we loved that even flowers were in the vases. I recommend going ready to settle in the house and go to the supermarket before to cook there since it has all kinds of utensils and what you need to have a quiet stay. Miguel attended us with an excellent predisposition and super good.

Beautiful, clean and cozy cabin, it has everything for the stay, very good location, it is very close to Zapallar beach, 15 min walk, while you go all the way along the promenade of the coast, walking quietly. Also very close to restaurant the Chiringuito and the rich empanada of La Caleta. Highly recommended cottage.

If you want to watch the sunset into the Pacific Ocean but don’t want to worry about a tsunami then look no further. The amazing thing is that one can also hear the waves breaking on the shore of charming Maitencillo. Marcela is a gold star hostess because she merits it - plains and simple/ full stop. You will be made to feel at home and every concern promptly attended to. She went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve an internet issue that was causing me some wee bit of grief. Then due to no fault of her own, when I needed a super late checkout it was granted with no questions asked. Five star - Gold star. Just book it before it is gone. P.S. Very nice apartment. Cozy. Spacious. Everything very clean and well equipped. Good location.

The place is wonderful. Very comfortable, everything was very clean and the apartment is atomic. The terrace is giant, the view is 180 degrees and the descent to the beach is direct. Easily easy to get to. The only thing I don't recommend is for people dependent on wheelchairs or cars, because you have to go down a floor down the staircase, nothing serious, but complicated for people with little mobility. Everything else is super-equipped. Unexpected highlight: the janitor Ariel passed by for kind and helpful, he helped us at all times.

The depto is as shown in the photos, everything is very nice and cozy, which made our days at the beach comforting and comfortable. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. Definitely a place to recommend 100%!.

the accommodation is excellent, the location is ideal for walking and disconnecting for a moment, the beach is ideal for walking and touring with the family. the only negative was that when we arrived there was a slight but noticeable dog smell in the apartment, outside of that everything very well equipped the grill, the beds, the bathrooms, everything excellent the only thing I would add is in the kitchen, since it only has one pot. but outside of that nothing more to enjoy without problems problems.

The place: excellent location and wonderful view. I especially value that I have linen towels and bathing things like shampoo and soap, a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, availability of blankets and extra blankets. Loza, utensils and appliances, everything you need. It is as shown in the photographs. It is well decorated and cared for.

Matias communicated with us at all times, was attentive to every detail and the communication between us was very fast and fluid. As for the apartment, we found everything we needed to make our stay just as we wanted it to be. The apartment is very complete, it has a paraffin stove that heats each space and it is very clean and tidy. As for the condominium, nothing to say, very nice, lots of nature, little noise which meant that we could rest perfectly and that our daughter (11 months) could also feel very comfortable in the spaces. 1000% recommended this place to disconnect and spend a perfect family weekend.
