The views are of the pine forest of Guardamar and crossing the pine forest it ends at the beach. Access to the beach is via a beautiful raised wooden path that crosses the pine forest (800 meters). Very close to the Santa Pola lighthouse (by car) and the town of Guardamar (3 km). Parking at the door.

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Essbereich und Bad. In der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Terrasse und der Zugang zur oberen Terrasse. Die obere Terrasse hat einen Sitzbereich und Sonnenliegen.
