There is a swimming pool to cool off and have a little swim, which was part of the traditional irrigation system .The landscape is part of “Serra de Llaberia", a perfect enclave for wine lovers. The vineyards belong to the DO Monsant and is situated a few kilometres from DOQ Priorat. Within 50 minutes from the beach and an 1h from Port Aventura. Ideal for a family fun day out.

The house was built in 1956 and is a farmhoue construction intended for agricultural use. The house has been renovated maintaining part of the original image and essence. The area of the property is 330sqm.<br><br>The property occupies 60m² on the ground floor and 60m² on the first floor, with an terrace of 16m².
