Luxurious chalet with pool (with sliding deck) and barbecue, just ten minutes from the center of Murcia (the tram stop is two hundred meters from the house). Enjoy its beautiful garden, sunbeds, mini-golf and French pool table. There is the possibility of renting by hours the tennis and paddle tennis court with an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area but, without loud music or massive crowds (max 15 people).

Supermercado cerquita with extended hours Sun all day and shade areas to rest. In the Perdio16 youth parties are not allowed. Great for large groups and families

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

This home has peace of mind, relax with your whole family! The house is located next to the garden where you can walk and ride a bike enjoying the surroundings. At 2 minutes ,the center of Las Torres de Cotillas where you have all the services, 500 mtrs there is a large Supermarket, a restaurant, a cafeteria and even a gas station, so you do not miss anything. The apartment is minutes from Murcia and about 40 minutes from the beaches.
