The stay is formalized through an individualized short-term rental contract, in accordance with Article 3 of the L.A.U. (Urban Leasing Law). It will be necessary to prove the temporary nature of the stay (cultural reasons, work, studies, health, teleworking, or other causes), as well as to determine in writing the exact duration of the stay, without automatic extension. KITCHEN Spacious and modern kitchen equipped with all the appliances you may need during your stay, such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and iron. It also has basic kitchenware and utensils for temporary residential use, such as glasses, cups, wine glasses, pots and pans of various sizes, bowls, serving dishes, etc., to make you feel at home. TERRACE 60 m2 of terrace to enjoy! It has a table with chairs for lunch or dinner, a seating area with a sofa and two armchairs, and two sun loungers for sunbathing. Walking through the middle of Madrid. Very small and cozy apartment. It is distributed over 2 floors with very steep stairs, take special care when going up and down. The ceilings are low, 1.90 cm. For tall people it won't be very comfortable, I guess. On the ground floor the kitchen and living room, upstairs the bedroom, bathroom and desk, interior with 3 windows and the door (all glass) free TV (Netflix...) and 2 fans, it is a low and it is cool. Welcome and take care of it as if it were yours.
