Monthly Rentals in El Rio

This was an easy win in my book. it can be hard to find places that feel safe and comfortable but this was definitely one of them. mind you, I was rarely at the hall - only in the mornings and at night as I had packed days while visiting California. I would stay here again if given the chance.

Dennis and I love the place is close to 101 freeway, shopping centers Costco outlets and the beach. Thank you Tito for everything!!!

I stayed at Tanya’s place for about 2 months for one of my clinical rotations for school, and it was great! She always made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel so welcome and at home, and that was great especially since I had moved to Ventura alone. Tanya is incredibly kind and I would recommend anyone to stay at her place. Her place is clean and neat, all amenities were as listed, and the area was super nice. She really helped make my first time living alone and away from home such a great one! Thank you, Tanya!

They were very responsive and gave great recommendations for the area after finding out more about what I like. It was clean and quiet. It was perfect for my work trip. I would absolutely book this place again next time I'm in town.
