Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Cozy apartment on the banks of the Lujan River

The apartment has two rooms with an uncovered garage in the building. It is cozy and quiet, with large windows that fill it with light and greenery. In the living room there is a 42' smart TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bedroom is spacious, with a double bed and a closet in the hallway. The bathroom has a bathtub. The balcony arranged with plants and a small table with chairs invite you to relax with a drink. Linens and towels. The pool has a deck with lounge chairs, it is for common use.

Very nice apartment in Nordelta with a balcony and a very nice view to the Northeast. Building with 24-hour security. Close to restaurants, bars, and two blocks from the Nordelta Shopping center. The building has a nice swimming pool. It has a covered garage near the elevator. Internet with 100MB speed. TVQled Ideal for resting, playing sports and enjoying excellent gastronomy in the area. An unforgettable experience for our group of friends. We are several families and coordinate to stay some and spend the day others. We felt very comfortable, the house is equipped for everything you need. We were able to cook, order supermarket shipments, enjoyed the pool, board games, roasted and celebrated a birthday during our stay. The rooms were super comfortable and clean. On hot days, the corridor air-conditioning allowed us not to get hot (just keeping the doors open for a while). During the cool nights, we had in all the rooms heating and blankets to warm ourselves excellently. Last but not least, the constant presence and collaboration of Charly, who answered us all the questions as they arose and drove us twice. We feel accompanied and safe at all times.

Lau was a perfect host, she came and guided the house and surroundings, helped all the way for the tigre area, the house has everything you need for the stay, we stayed for a month and worked from the apartment and had no problem with internet or electricity. Def recommended if you are going to stay in tigre area
