A luxury place. Very clean and tidy. Catalina was an excellent host and communicated with us at all times. The apartment has a beautiful view and the accommodation has everything you need for a perfect stay. We'll definitely be back!!

We absolutely loved staying at Florencia’s! It is one of the most beautiful apartments that we have stayed in. The view is incredible, and the living room and bedrooms very comfortable. Florencia was very helpful and responsive and gave us lots of great tips for Valparaiso. She also has a massage business at which we booked appointments and it was amazing!

Very nice loft , it was spotless, as shown in the pictures, beautiful view especially during the night and early morning. Easy and easy access and quiet. Totally recommendable.

Mauro was super worried, he was always in touch with us. He allowed us to stay later, as there were no other tenants. The apartment is nice and has what you need, I would add a few dishcloths. The bad thing was that there was no toilet paper when we arrived and the bed had problems, so our rest was not the best. However, Mauro compensated us with more time and kindness. The condominium is beautiful, I loved its concept, with trees and a path interconnected with other condominiums. Although we couldn't use the pool due to the date and the cold days, we did use the jacuzzi and sauna. That was great. The environment is very suitable, as it has a minimarket, a liquor store and delicious places to eat nearby, such as Las Delicias de Pablo. We hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The sea view is simply spectacular, perfect for relaxing and enjoying unforgettable sunsets. The decor is carefully chosen, combining comfort and style, and unique architectural details are appreciated that enhance the experience. The house is fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable and practical. The location is excellent, close to services and at the same time private enough to rest. It's also ideal for those of us who travel with pets, as it offers safe and pleasant spaces for them. Definitely a place we would love to come back to.

The house is amazing has all necessary amenities and more. The spectacular owners, extremely friendly, very attentive to every detail, welcomed us in the best way and made us feel at home. We loved our stay at the house. Gonzalo was a very kind, available and helpful host, he even allowed us to bring pets at the last minute. The house is spacious, comfortable and better than in the photos, ideal for large groups like ours (there were 9 of us). Everything was impeccable and we felt at home. We would definitely come back!

Our stay at Tania's house was excellent. The house is wonderful, very comfortable and is equipped with absolutely everything you need: hair dryer, iron, board games, among many other things. We had an amazing time! As a suggestion, it would be good if the description of the accommodation indicates that in the condominium on Fridays and Saturdays music and noise are allowed until 02:00 a.m., since upon entering there is a sign with those rules. On Friday, a neighbor got upset because we had the music a little loud at about 1:30 a.m., although we were still within the allowed hours. To avoid problems, we went to sleep that day and the next day we kept the music only inside the house. Apart from that detail, everything was perfect. Tania was always very attentive, responded quickly to all our messages and was aware that everything was fine. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and practical house in a quiet environment of nature

Karina was an excellent host. The place is very comfortable, pleasant and ideal for being with children. We loved the entertaining room, you can watch movies comfortably you or the kids, as well as play as it has some toys for them. Even reading a while, something you'd like for your little interesting book offer. Everything is VERY CLEAN, tidy and quiet in the apartment. We didn't hear bulla almost in the surrounding apartments. On the other hand, although it does not have an ocean view, it has a view of a forest that is located next to the condominium that is very nice to observe. And Karina, she was VERY kind, courteous and with an excellent disposition. Highly recommended for families!

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

This place is beautiful, the view spectacular, very well equipped and clean. It is located near the sea, a safe condominium and many places to walk and relax. Very close to Quintay, where you have options for eating and walking. I recommend it 100%.

Very well located apartment, with an excellent view, the beach is in front and several nearby places to walk. It is old, but very comfortable and has good equipment. I made the mistake of going with my dog sausage and pets were not accepted. I have always gone with her to Airbnb leases without a problem. Nicole escalated it to Airbnb, which she mediated in a great way and she had a very good attitude and willingness to resolve with additional charge. I am very grateful for the flexibility in this situation, in addition to being always available to give details of restaurants and others. I 100% recommend the place, the view is beautiful and the hostess is very close and friendly.
