Holiday rentals with a patio in Elaphiti Islands

Beauty, serenity and incredible views! Our stay was an amazing experience. The apartment is a modern, spotless apartment about 25 minutes from the old town of Dubrovnik. We very much appreciated the tranquility of the location, with birds chirping in the morning as we took in the breathtaking views of Dubrovnik. A big plus for us was the famous Sveti Jakov beach which was only a 5 minutes walk away. We did morning and sunset swims, and even ate dinner at the beach restaurant. The beach felt very much like a hidden gem, especially at the end of our day tours. Our host Jelena was extremely friendly, and responsive, answering messages within minutes. She even placed a pizza delivery order for us on our first night as we were tired after a long travel day. Visitors should know that this apartment is a bit difficult to access and there are many stairs. This was not a problem for us because Jelena made sure we had help to carry our luggage. Marko is a perfect host. the apartment was extremely clean and had everything needed for a smooth stay. The parking spot in the garage was very helpful as the most practical way to get to the Old town is through the bus which is a 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Supermarkets and pharmacy are right across the road. Marko also provided us with fruits, milk, juice, cookies, alcool and water upon arrival. There were extra towels and bathroom amneties. The apartment matches the description perfectly. Great place to stay in Dubrovnik and 4 minutes away by bus to the Old Town.

This place is beautiful. If you want peace, go to Tereza. Beautiful and clean apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Very well-maintained area and pool. A nice and warm welcome with wine. We don't have any comments. We had a wonderful time there. Close to the airport and the center of Dubrovnik. If you are traveling by car, there is a shaded parking lot available. And if you want to order an Uber, there is no problem with that either. We recommend this apartment to everyone. Regards

Beautiful place with a great patio looking out to an amazing view. The place was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The only little thing is it is high up on a hill, which makes sense to get the wonderful view, but sometimes Ubers cancelled on us if it was too hot for us to walk down. Otherwise earlier in the day or in the evening the walk down was easy and had no issues getting an uber back up! Would definitely stay here again.

We love our stay at this apartment. It has a beautiful view of the iconic bridge on the balcony. Place is spotless, peaceful, with easy street parking and we walked everywhere in the historic town of Mostar. Thank you again for hosting us and let us store our luggages when we arrive early.

The apartment is very nice, functional, beautiful decor and everything is there to have a great stay. Bus line at the bottom of the street to reach the old town very easily. We spent a wonderful week engraved in our memory and our heart. We stayed at La Scuola di Anna for a couple of days, and it was absolutely amazing! The place is full of charm, history, and peaceful energy. The surroundings are stunning—lush nature, the calm sea nearby, and the authentic atmosphere of Mljet made it a perfect escape.

Mihovil was a great host and was very helpful in answering all my questions beforehand. The accommodation was clean and tidy and Mihovil provided us with a great selection of drinks and food which was very handy and considerate especially as there was no shop in Bosanka. I’d say the location is great as it was quieter and cooler than Dubrovnik but bear in mind that the bus in the morning only ran at 7am or 11am. If you’re happy to use taxis/uber etc then I would definitely recommend staying here! The restaurant round the corner is excellent too! Thank you Mihovil we had a great time staying in your accommodation! The pool was loved by our daughter despite being cooler due to visiting in May.

My family and I had a great time in Andjela's Vlla for two nights. The views are immaculate and the villa is pristine! It was nice to be in a quiet area after spending a long day in Kotor's busy streets. Overall, would highly recommend!

Great apartment with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute of it. It’s not a big apartment, but it was great for a one night stay. It was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. The was comfortable. The lights in the apartment were warm and cozy, we loved it. The view is so beautiful, we enjoyed our time on the balcony. The chairs on the balcony were great as well.

Nikolina’s place was perfect - the views from the balcony are stunning (especially during sunset). It’s close enough to the old town by transport but also feels nice and peaceful. Views aside, Nikolina was a very responsive, helpful and kind host. We would highly recommend this place if you’re in Dubrovnik 😄

This was a great place to stay while visiting the Dubrovnik area. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. Tonci was always very responsive and helpful. His mother was very nice and welcoming. We felt right at home. If ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here!

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Betina was incredibly hospitable and welcoming! Picked up and left us in the harbor and offered our own olive oil, baking, a large fruit bowl and wine from the island. The apartment was nice and cool and the patio large with beautiful views in the shade under a grapes pergola. Recommend the place at Betina's place!

We had a lovely stay at Ivan's apartment in Slano and very much enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you could wish for, we especially loved the big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun with a lovely view of the sea and the hills. Ideal for breakfast. Ivan is an exceptionally good host, always communicating swiftly, friendly and supportive. He has many good ideas and tips for travelling, so make sure to talk to him. We can definately recommend this apartment and wish to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Mia in Dubrovnik! The views from the balcony are stunning and the apartment is very modern and clean. It’s a short walk from shops and about 20 minutes to the old town and it comes with a private parking space just outside. Mia was very kind and helpful and always made us feel super welcomed. If we ever come back to Dubrovnik, this will definitely be our place to be :)

Super stay! Bruno was a really welcoming host. The apartment had everthing you required. Set in a peaceful location about a 25 min walk into the old town. The view from the balcony was a real treat.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Natalia is such a great host! She was very attentive and took very good care of us. The house is beautiful, surrounded by gardens and very close to the beach. We stayed there in April and it was very calm, exactly what we were looking for!

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.
